Shady business, And unprofessional grown men. It’s not okay to be slick towards a woman. next time take accountability on y’all’s mess up on a quote instead of accusing your customers for things they didn’t do. shouting slick remarks at a woman from across the room etc.. shows what kind of person you are. All three of you..

First time there. Found that the tires on my used tahoe That I bought from Ed Hicks were from 2014 and the belts in tires were separating. I am so glad they found me new tires, and I am safer on the road. Super nice. I made a good choice to do business there.

My tire pressure light came on and they balanced out the air in my tires in no time and sent me on my way. Very good customer service.

We were half way through a 2500 mile trip pulling our 5th wheel, when we found a transmission fluid leak at the radiator. Contacted Big Joe’s and they said they would work us in.
As I sat in the waiting room, I could not be more impressed with what was overhead. This industry isn’t new to me, but the knowledge, professionalism and genuine concern and understanding for their customers was overwhelming and refreshing.
My truck is pretty much all custom, and not once did they use that as an excuse! They were determined to get us back on the road, and that’s exactly what they did.
BEST SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!
If you live in, or are passing through Corpus, Big Joe’s is fair, honest and priced very very well, just wish we could take them with us on the next 1400 miles, so we had that sense of peace and security we experienced while in Texas.
