Can’t get any service I have to go up to them to get help , they are to busy chatting away not worried about helping at all ask a manager for help and she said let me find someone like umm why can’t you help me now I have to wait for you to find someone goodness

I had a pleasant enough experience with this location, I gave them 4 starts because compared to other locations they aren’t as clean, friendly, and knowledgeable about the product we were shopping for as the other stores were.

Walked the store for over 15 minutes, went to the host in the entrance to request some help about finding an associate that could guide me in my purchase and nobody ever came .. just wasted my time.. left empty handed!

Bought a $2500 open box laptop that didn’t work. Now I am stuck waiting for a replacement. Don’t resale defective products. The next day the same computer I returned is on the shelf that geek squad refused to look at and said I have to send it to asus or return it. One of the biggest electronic retailers is unable to communicate with other stores by phone. The replacement has been sitting 5 days at another store waiting to be shipped. Turns out ups picked it up without scanning and now ups or Best Buy don’t know where it’s at. You have to argue with managers to use a phone to call another manager. Also was told by managers that when an open box items get worked on there is no records of geek squad working on them. They do what they need and put on the shelf. No paper trail, work orders, or any clue as to why they are selling an item that was returned already defective. Just to cause another customer trouble.

I picked up an online order with no issues. Idid a little shopping, but It was very busy with not enough employees, so needless to say not helpful

We went to look at iMac computers and had the best service experience ever with an Apple employee named Solomon. He is there every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are so glad that we went and talked to him, he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and made us feel confident with our purchase.
