This company was contracted by the apartments I live in, candlewood apartments, to service the lawn. I wake up this morning to a crack on my windshield and this company nor the apartments want to do anything about it! Trash!

Hands down the worst and rudest customer service I’ve had anywhere in a very long time. I will never return to this business nor will I recommend it to anyone. There’s a reason I’m a repeat customer to other local nurseries and it’s their phenomenal customer service. To the owners/ managers: teaching your employees to be kind and courteous to your patrons goes a (really) long way.

I was looking for ixora’s after the freeze. They were nice enough to put me on a list to call.They did call and I went over and the plants were very large and pretty. They were only $25.00.They were probably 3 gallon size. They are doing so well as are the other plants we purchased that day.They were very polite and helpful.Thank you

Terrible customer service at new location ? I rarely leave reviews, much less bad reviews. But there was this middle aged man working yesterday that was rude & obnoxious the whole time he was helping me. I mentioned it to the lady at the register inside, but she didn't really know how to react. There was 4 separate instances he took an opportunity to be unpleasant. After his 2nd disagreeable remark I was already annoyed. I went there because I love supporting local and was about to give them $800-1200 worth of business over the next 2 weeks. But I was really turned off by their service. The only respectful person was the man on the forklift loading up trucks with crushed granite. Unfortunately, I made the choice to give my business to Lowe's where I was treated with general manners and respect. Recommendation: Bay Area, if you know who I'm speaking of, keep him off the sales floor. Something tells me you know who I'm speaking of.

First time to stop by. Heard they had a good selection of landscape materials, trees and plants. They do ! Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Location moved from what google maps shows so I recommend calling ahead.

I purchased sod from Bay Area landscaping, had it laid down by professionals, and the grass was growing good. I saw different grass , other than the St. Augustine I paid for, so I called Bay Area and asked if someone could come out and take a look at it. I asked them to call me so that I could come outside. I received a call the next morning saying they came out to look at it, but I never received a call, so why wouldn't they let me know that they were outside, if they even came. I thought this was a reputable and honest company, but I was so wrong. Make sure you get what you pay for with them. The young lady started yelling and arguing with me on the phone, which was very unprofessional. I will never do business with them again. All I can say is beware. I have three different types of grass growing in what should all be St. Augustine, that I paid good money for. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very happy with the work they did. I ordered a landscape design in putting in 2 pygmy date palms. I'm not going to lie I was very scared thinking the price was going to be something outrageous, but it was actually super fair! Trent was very nice and let me know all the info I needed to know about how it grows, how they can face them, etc, everyone else at the site is super nice and helpful. And when the workers came to install them they did it so quick, professionally and cleaned up the area. I am very happy with the results. Definitely plan on getting so more work done in the future.
