Faded quickly in the sun? Hardly. But for a chick, yeah… I may not “know” cars… but I do know retail tricks. :) Would have been easier to sell me on something else (like my car battery?) haha
Tip for employees: don’t be too robotic on recommendations, thanks for helping with the battery. Even though your machine said it was fine… it wasn’t. It had been running for an hour, and it was 7 years old. Believe it or not… 7 years indeed. Had I not changed it and pressed to install, I’d have been stranded soon. That said, my new O’Reilly battery doesn’t have issues & the car starts great (once more!). Turns out, old batteries can cause a host of electrical problems for the radio, locks, you name it.”
