Needed to get money out of the ATM today. Front ATM had about 8 people in line, and the parking lot was packed. I drove around back and attempted to use the outermost (far right) ATM. Turns out the ATM was out of service (should have a cone identifying it was out of service), so I had to go around the block and try the other ATM in back. I noticed the car ahead of me was struggling with the machine and when it was finally my turn, the machine took my card and instantly stated it could return my card do to a malfunction with the machine. I went inside to make my withdrawal and informed the teller and suggested they put a cone identifying that both ATM out back are out of service...and she said she can't...What? I spoke to the manager who had very little concern and also said they can't clearly mark these machines as out of service. I asked, if the ATM was electrocuting people, would they still not take any action to protect their clients...deer in the headlights! Now I have to order a new card and update all my utilities when the new card comes. Too big to fail, I suppose.

This bank is a joke! The lines are always long, the drive thru is closed permanently, and most of the employees are rude. Avoid banking here at all costs

I don't know why the reviews are so low. I have no complaints. I'm here for business so I deposit money every morning and I'm always greeted and politely taken care of by Sylvia or Fiorella :)

There was more than enough staff for a Saturday.I was helped by a personal banker much quicker than I expected.It was seamless finishing my transactions with a teller.I was hesitant and almost put off going until Monday to another branch.Im glad I didn't put it off.

No outside tellers. Both ATM's out of order for months. Long lines inside with only one teller and 6 or 7 other employees walking around not doing anything to help get people out. Used to be a really nice place to go to. Now it is easily the worst place to bank. Moving my stuff elsewherePlenty of others to choose from. ???

Brought my mother to this location to handle some business. When we checked in there were three people ahead of us. We were given a wait time of approximately an hour. The lady who checked us in was very nice. I could see there were employees helping others at their desks. One man came out of an office marked Merrill and stood around. Other people entered the business and he literally watched and did nothing. Did not acknowledge their presence. Finally another man walked in and he finally offered to help, eventually deferring them to the woman who checked everyone else in. As the employees were done helping customers, I noticed them walking around and talking rather than offering to help the next patron on the list. This carried on for an hour and the three individuals who were ahead of us had not been called, although three offices/employees were available. This location has a bad reputation and bad reviews so I should've known better. My mom and I decided to leave. We were offered the option to schedule an appt but I didn't see that as necessary as two of the people ahead of us had appointments and were still waiting although there were employees available to help.

The absolute Worst bank I’ve ever been to, all branches in Corpus are horrible, & The online banking and call center are even more useless if you can imagine that. I have over 20 business accounts in corpus alone with this bank and will now be finding another financial institution.

The worst customer service in town. Long lines and one teller working and other workers that could assist are just sitting at their desks or standing around.

Only one bank of america in corpus. Has like 3 people working there, 1 behind counter, 2 chilling in their offices. Expect a 30 minute wait to deposit or cash a check. Will find a new bank.

Open the business line or hire more people. Having one person on drive through and one person working the line is ridiculous.
