This location provided me with terrible customer service and incorrect information on purpose. It seemed they were trying to confuse and price gouge me for a light replacement for over $400. Will not be returning to this place.

Took the day off work and drove from Alice for my appointment only to be told "we didn't get the parts in", a call would have been nice. Very unprofessional.6 months later and still no one has reached out to me to help improve customer service. I also have not been notified that the parts have come in.

Charlie is a was a great salesman and helped us get into our new Mazda 3. He had a very pleasant disposition and was straight to the point. He actually listened to my wife and I about our needs and the type of vehicle that we needed. He did not try and upsell us into more expensive trims or alternative models in the same brand. I'd recommend mazda corpus. Go see Charlie if you interested in Mazda around the Corpus area

This is the first time that I have to buy a car without my husband. From the general Manager Joel to the financing department I felt very at ease and not stressed with the experience it was a warm memorable experience. They were very helpful and explained everything in detail that I could understand. I am blessed with this experience and will tell my family and friends
