Very honest and helpful…. Took my Chrysler in to get a possible plug for my head light replaced but it turned out to be something way more simple. They had my car ready the same day and did not overcharge me.

I have been using Apollo for my oil change but I am so grateful for them for getting my AC going for me and pricing was very reasonable . Thank you so much Joseph for keeping me cool lol.

Took great care of my vehicles and with a super fast turn around time everything I needed got done and at a good price if you have any doubt about them don’t they’re a great shop and will be the only shop I use going forward

The people in the office were so polite.My wife was asking questions Ava they were happy to answer her.If you come here you need to speak with Joe. He explains everything to. Finally an automotive place that does not give you attitude. They made us fill so welcome.I even showed him a picture of my truck over heating. Joe made me fill at ease.Joe and hours fellow coworkers were really awesome

These guys are awesome, from the girl at the front desk till the boss. Awesome experience. I was driving from Miami to Seattle, and they did got me in and did a great job. In & out in 2 hours. People that they deserve what they have. Success

Service manager is rude. I brought my truck in for a sway bar link replacement. After a day they called me and told me that the truck wouldn’t start. They told me to bring all the keys to vehicle to reprogram the anti-theft system. Well that didn’t work.They had my pick up truck 2 weeks and could not figure out what was wrong with it. Every day I would call and I would a different story of why they could not work on the truck. Until one day they told me to take it somewhere else because their master tech had COVID and was going to be out for at least 2 more weeks and he was the only one that could work on it. The guy that answers the phone is rude and does not know what vehicles are in his shop. You are almos forced to go personally to check up on the vehicles. Long story short had the truck towed to Christian Brothers and had it running by end of the day. Definitely do not recommend.

What a great place. Very friendly and clean. They took care of my inspection quickly. I would definitely take my car there if it needed repair or maintenance.

*******************, before you hire staff make sure they are knowledgeable on reading invoices correctly and they have customer service skills. When I did get my vehicle service I was told there is a 2 year ****** miles warranty. Apollo Automotive is a joke. If we bring back the vehicle for the same issues you want say it's not that, then ************************* who is very unprofessional get all defensive and hostile if we mentions anything about that we had got a second opinion. Plus when I told ************************* error codes P0300, P0301, and P0302, he did not know what those code mean and said he was ASC Certified just wow what a joke. Now if someone gets all defensive that only show how shady they are and how the business operates. Why would I not get a second opinionNo wonder why ****** ******** ********* and ******* are not longer with Apollo Automotive cause of the shadiness your company runsDo not worry I do have the phone conversation of the conversation with ************************* so if you want to hear it so there are no he said she said scenarios/made up story its all black and whiteThe recent time I did take my vehicle in ******* told me that the company had change the warranty to 12 months ****** miles... but I did mention well if I recall I'm still grandfather in the 2 year ****** miles warranty policy before it was change and he agree... You ******************* need to honor the 2 year ****** what I was told before it got change, and need to set your employee ************************* straight, cuz people like him can ruin your company as well as ***** or whatever her name is from the Apollo Road location on crying wolf.

They were booked & busy! ?As a woman who waits until the last min for car maintenance because where does that fit in my busy schedule ?
