“Since moving in I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Samantha and the staff there…every small issue I’ve had was taken care of pretty quick by maintenance. She’s good about answering the phones and emails to help and answer any questions and resolve any issues that may arise with your apt.and sending out maintenance quickly. I would definitely recommend Alameda Apartments to anyone looking for a good place to lease that comes with a pool and in a good area. 5 stars for sure”

“I'm giving a five star review, without even looking at property or taking the tour yet" that is scheduled for tomorrow ". Reading all the reviews, yes there is some negative ones but tons of very positive reviews. And about the reviews I noticed one common thing, they take the time to review all of them and respond to all of them. I talked to Mandy before even looking at the reviews and she was fantastic. So I am looking forward to the tour tomorrow and hoping all goes well.”
