Took my expedition in for an oil change and to have my transmission looked at and the recalled camera system they replaced looked at since my birds eye view stopped working after they replaced it. Had my truck 2 weeks never received a phone call once. I called after 2 weeks and almost another week later I was told that they don't warranty recalled parts they fix and there's nothing wrong with my transmission. Ok not that I agree but Ford never has fixed a warranty issue always has an excuse why not... so I told them fine I would come get my truck. Asked if the oil change had been done and the answer was ..... we will get it back there right now... SERIOUSLY IN 2 1/2 WEEKS YOU COULDN'T EVEN COMPLETE AN OIL CHANGE . Very poor service from them and FORD!!! Only positive note I have is when I called after 2 weeks Liz took over being my service advisor and she did call me to keep me update as much as she could. Very excellent work ma'am! I did appreciate that very much!
