I’ve been purchasing from Aaron’s for years, and today I decided to cut ties.The location on Weber Rd, in Corpus Christi is just horrible. The GM is rude.I ordered a previously leased sofa and loveseat, and set delivery for today. The first time they tried to deliver, they wouldn’t deliver because I wasn’t at home. The second time they tried to deliver, they would not leave the furniture with my wife because she is not on the account. Eight years of us having an account, and they gave her such a hard time. The delivery crew stated they didn’t know if I lived there. Well that’s the address on the account!When I called the store and asked to speak to the General Manager, he was rude. He said I should have said I would not be home and should have scheduled a time I would be home. I explained I was at work on the other side of town. He would not budge. He said that was his rule when he became the GM five years ago.So, after work my wife and I walked in to cancel the order. I will no longer lease from Aaron’s. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Hassling with 5 to6 phone calls a day, one guy came to house to pick full couch set and 6 chairs and a table, he asked me for help, I helped and hurt my back, called Arron's and they told that the guy did not ask for help, but he could not get couch out by himself, therefore he asked for help cause he was stuck and of course manager back up employee go somewhere else

I had gone to the Aaron's here in our town and as soon as I walked through the door I was treated as though I was a burden for even being there. Mind you, i have never gone to the Aarons before, it was my first. I truly did want to do business with Aaron's but after I was treated like I wouldn't be a valued customer I left and took my business elsewhere.

This people at this location are pathetic … because I gave them my bank card that they so called needed one so , I gave them it to have on file and then I have a prepaid card and I put the money in there…. And they didn’t take it out of there instead they took it out of my bank with out my permission consent so now I negative on my bank cause of them…. And also their staff are very rude there .;; like Juan and Scott: they all cover for each other ….

Juan was very friendly and helpful and I took his advice. On the other hand as I walked in the store I noticed Ms Uvia quickly leave the reception area heading toward the back as if ignoring me. I"ve had sev successful and paid off accounts (Portairs store), so I was shocked when she dashed out from her chair and took off. I know she saw me coming in. I have been there twice looking for items but changed my mind on the items. I know I recommend my niece to Aaron's and maybe there were issues there.Anyway I felt uncomfortable and decided to go elsewhere.

I was hoping this would be a good experience. But as it turns out it hasn’t been. I’ve lost 2 family members due to COVID. Back to back from each other, their financial accounts became the rest of my families responsibilities. My wife lost her job, I had to work out of state just to keep the bills paid as much as I could. Due to my job I had 0 communication with the store due to my jobs regulations of having cell phones while on the job. They harass my family when they know I’m not home, yes I’m paying late but to harass my kids and say they are gonna come back whether I’m home or not and pick up our stuff. This pandemic is not over and we are still suffering because my wife has COVID and while she quarantines in our home, they can care less and want their money. I’m the only one working and I am far far far behind on my other bills, I can pay what I can but the customer service is horrible. Do better

I am a would be RAC customer and did not like the way I was treated or the lack of customer service I got. I was completely turned off by the whole rent-to-own thing until Aaron's. Everyone at Aaron's, in EVERY department has shown outstanding customer service skills. I have never felt like I mattered much as a consumer or buyer until I went to Aaron's. The staff is attentive, honest, and the process is completely easy. You don't have to go in every month to make a payment and if you call they will work with you to adjust your date of payments. I am now a big fan of Aaron's and will NEVER go anywhere else. They are so good I am about to finance a big speaker party box.! Thank you so much Aaron's!

Leased a used washer here. Washer didn't work from day 1. Called store to get it serviced and they sent two guys out who claimed it worked fine (it didn't agitate at all or spin the water out at all). At this point washer still not working. So we continued paying for this thing and to do our laundry at a mat. Finally returned it after 2 months,we brought it in ourselves with our own hand truck since they couldn't come get it in a time table that worked for us.Staff really wasn't too friendly during rental process or return process. I won't be back and I won't recommend.

Horrible horrible horrible! My fiancé and I went there to purchase a fridge. The one we wanted was apparently sold (no signs stating that, just what was told to us by an employee). So we had to order a new one and wait for it to be delivered to the store so they can deliver the fridge to our home.
