Made appt. for 10 a.m. Thursday. Nobody showed. Called and got a message that they were "not answering and the mailbox is full" Now 3 hours late, can't contact them and they haven't shown up.

Total rip off. Did not solve the problem and just keep adding to the price to fix it.

I called to have them come out and give me a price on a repair. I scheduled a day when I was off, they came the day before. I waited to call until after the appointment in the morning hoping they were going to come on the right day, Nope. When I called they couldn't find my appointment finally did. She said that she or one of the guys would call me back. I heard from no one. I guess they are doing well enough that they don't need my business. I knew from past experience how this company was but i was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh well.
