I am a rewards member and had nearly 6000 points to use. I drove to this location because on the app it said this was one I would be able to use my rewards at, I went up to the counter to use 5000 points on a energy drink and some boneless wings(which were already kinda old). The cashier was very rude, she said it didnt cover the wings at this location and that I needed to go to an actual 7/11? Funny because this location on google maps is 7-eleven. It was fine though I let her know it was alright and I would put them back, she told me no give them to me now I have to throw them away. She was very rude and it was very embarrassing customers should not be made to feel this way. If your going to throw them away anyway why wouldn't you just honor the rewards. Sad because this is a newer location I drove out of my way just to go there and use my points and because of this experience I will not be returning to this store.

Disgusting! Bits of mold/mildew in my cup of ice. Might want to consider servicing the ice machine.

Could give this place 0 star if I could. I’m here to use the air pump. Putting 5 bucks in it ( quaters and card) and its not working even tho i just need 2 bucks to be able to use it. Came to the store to ask if anyone knows or anyone can go take a look. They was just standing there on their phone and not even care that I’m asking them , they were just on their phone. So disrespectful. Heard a lot of bad things from this place but I didn’t care because its just a gas station. But until u experienced it, u will regret right away. Never give this business a chance again.

I just went to this location with my daughter. And the manager/lead whose name is Janie was very rude. In front of her employees and other customer's she belittled us and treated us like we were stupid. I sent my daughter up to ask for a slurpee lid for my medium cup. She yelled," that there was some. Just look up on top." My daughter told her again there was none. And then Janie laughed and said just look! Well i did and tried what lids were on the counter. None fit! So one of the young guy worker's came to help also could not find any slurpee lids. After she was making us feel stupid in front of everyone. He found a SODA lid to fit! Not slurpee. It was hid out of the area of drinks. No employee should make customer's feel like this. Worse experience ever and even drove farther than the one by my house because I always had a good experience.

Brand new gas station. It is very clean and staff was friendly. I am excited because with it being a 7-11, you can sign up for their reward program and get gas discounts. This is the most convenient gas station to my house now so I will be going here frequently.

This store has lazy staff and always dirty when I go in at 415am. Staff always on the phone and attending to the stores cleanliness. Also some of the services were not working at the time that I had been there before. hopefully these issues get resolved. I live in Rancho Vista and expected better from a store like 7 eleven.
