Idk who owns this store but your employees are playing with your money. Closing the whole store to mop. Mind you, I had showed up and it was already closed. I waited 10 mins and they still didn't open up. They prevented alot of money from being made.

Air machine didn’t work. It charged me twice and never gave me air. The cashier was unable or unwilling to help. If you can’t maintain your machine or offer assistance, it shouldn’t be there.

Cashier's were nice and store was decent but walked into the store with man dressed in basketball shorts and tattered shirt calling himself the store manager screaming at a man that he called a vendor. Completely unprofessional and lacking in social skills. There's a way to handle things in a public setting and this "manager" should not be treating people this way.

When i went in and was looking for a snack a employee who was a heavy set girl who had her blonde hair in a ponytail said to another employee "hand me that gun so i can shoot myself in the head" as a joke and i felt very uncomfortable and quite offended because i lost someone to suicide the same way and its definitely not something to joke about.

It was very busy, 10+ people in line with more and more entering the store, but the lone worker kept her cool, was friendly, and she efficiently and quickly worked to get us all taken care of. Having only one person scheduled on a busy Saturday afternoon noon is not fair to the worker who is handling it all alone, however, and sets them up to be treated impatiently or unkindly by customers in a hurry. Thankfully, at least from what I observed, people were being decent to her, but it's not cool to put workers in that position in the first place.

This store WAS great back when it was Stripes and owned by the Susser family, but the current manager is slowly running it into the ground, and keeps "intercepting" (for lack of a better word) complaints that request contact by an area manager.
