I feel it is important to start this review off by saying that I understand that most gas station workers are overwhelmed due to the amounts of people they may deal with in a day. HOWEVER - that does not give this woman any right to be negative towards customers unprovoked. After entering the store and gathering various snacks, we were told by the woman working “Try the self check-out. It’s this new thing people are doing.” And, no, this was NOT a comical statement - she meant it. While I would have no problem using a self check - out, as I don’t typically enjoy making conversation with strangers, the mere implication of “i don’t feel like doing my job so go do it yourself” had me speechless. Perhaps this woman had a bad day or had a bad interaction with someone before me? Nevertheless, customer service is a difficult task and is not meant for everyone. Perhaps joining the field of waitressing for the restaurants where they belittle their customers?

This is one of the dirtiest 7-11's I've ever seen. Manager for your employees standing around doing nothing instead of actually cleaning things is that a good way to run a business? Be more present to better. And I don't mean pushing a dirty mop around so much that the floor so looks disgusting, And what's going on with the coffee maker yuck, four!

You should be rated a double O! Disgusting,dirty place ran by rude beaners!It stinks in there.The sodas are always flat and their station always stinks like mop water.The food there is old and nasty tasting.They have it sitting there all day,never do they bring out fresh food.The customer service there is a joke.The rudest bunch to come across.Look at your receipts friends,they overcharge and steal.Had it done to me before.So many other stores to go to,run when you across this trashy ghetto place!!This dump needs to investigated and shut down forever!!

Rubi is an amazing worker, she was so polite to me and my family she didn’t give us no trouble. When asking for pizza we told her how another worker would always tell us the pizza oven wasn’t working or they had no pizzas. As soon as we said that she said “how many pizzas would we like”. She made us laugh when waiting for the pizzas. When leaving she told us to have a great night while with a genuine smile.

I didn’t want to put a star but it would not let me post my review. I have been to this store twice and there is a particular lady that both times I have been there, she is so rude, 1st time to me and 2nd time to a gentleman, one credit card machine was not reading his card so he requested to use the other credit card machine and she replied very rude, that she had to void that transaction to charge him in another register and he said it was fine, she made him go back to the long line to pay when he was already in line to pay. She also made smirk sound. I will never go back to that store. She is horrible.

One of the employees from that 7-Eleven told me the only time they don't make pizzas is when they're cleaning out the oven I go there almost every day after work to pick up a pizza and I was told by Two Gentlemen that I've never seen worked there before that they weren't making pizza and I asked why they're not making pizzas and they just said well cuz we're not making pizzas so I didn't know it was okay to turn down money at a business that a person works at not own. Why is it people with jobs complain or don't want to do their job right but want to complain when people from another country come and work for whatever they can get but yet the people that live here in this country don't even want to work to me it sounds like 7-Eleven needs to clean house except for a few people that work there that are great people and love the job that they have God bless to those ones that do their job right. More love less hate

Bathroom is ALWAYS dirty. There's never any windshield wiper fluid outside to clean your windows. Throw the whole store AWAY ‼️‼️‼️

HORRIBLE service. Mack and Janice know NOTHING about ADA rights and laws. I apologized for forgetting her vest. I can show proof of my cancer and diabetes and degenerative disc disease. I can pull up proof of my cognitive and memory issues. I can show my balance issues. I don't have to, but I can. My dog hasn't completed 100% of her training because there are SO many disorders here. There's balance support, item retrieval, blood change sensing, she's being trained to sense for early signs of (another) stroke before I have one. So, her training is completed in stages. Your night manager told another employee to take my service dog away from me and outside! First because she didn't have her vest. Then because I'd said all of her training wasn't 100% complete! ABSOLUTELY NOT! Educate your employees!
