Would give 0 stars if I could. Old guy behind the counter was insanely rude to customers and called his own employee an idiot (in front of a lot of customers too). I feel bad thinking how he treats his employees when customers aren't there.

I came in to ship back Amazon packages. I brought my own tape, but it ran out midway through the box. The old cranky man working charged me a dollar just for a strip of tape. Ridiculous. Never coming back. Little things like that make or break a business and if they keep nickel and doming customers they won't have a business anymore.

Rude old guy. Just needed a box. Was going to mail a package, didnt even tape it for us. Went down street to ups, hooked us up took care of our needs got our packaged mailed.

I went in a few days ago with a package that I needed to return to the seller and the older guy at the front desk was rude. I tried handing him the waybill that I was provided with from the seller so that I can return the item and he tells me that I need a commercial invoice in order for them to accept it to ship it back. I told him that the seller sent me the return label which I attached to the box and that I was to hand the waybill to the handler which I did. He wouldn't allow me to finish telling him this when he rudely repeated that I needed a commercial invoice. Once again I tried to finish what I was initially trying to explain to him and he cut me off again repeating the same thing. I walked off and said I wasn't going to continue putting up with his attitude and would find some other place to send it off for me. I went to the Postal Annex on Saratoga who accepted the package and waybill and was told that was all they needed in order to ship the package off for me. I was immediately greeted and asked what exactly I was needed as I walked into this other place. They took my package with no problem and even gave me a receipt in order for me to be able to track my package. I never even needed a commercial invoice in the first place. When I spoke with the seller, I was told that the return label and waybill was all I needed.**0** stars is what I give this place for the horrible customer service provided

Can't say much for this store customer service. There is a totally rude wise arsh old guy whose obviously dedicated to driving away customers. It certainly worked on me. I will never return.
