    The pharmacy associates leave a lot to be desired. They seem to be completely carefree. It is clear this company has downsized and slashed salaries. The customer service is nonexistent.

    Horrible customer service. I had issues with reps placing me on hold as soon as I call into correct an issue with insurance. Then for the dialer to put me back into the phone queue to be placed back on hold by the rep. Horrible customer service! You get an F!

    NACole is by far the best pharmacist in the entire world. She has helped me so much I cannot even begin to explain. I called every single pharmacy in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and I drove 45 minutes to this location. I highly highly recommend. Walgreens office please read this review and give this woman a huge raise.... read full comment
