We bought my wife's last Outlander from here 5 years ago, so called and John sent me a text with price for the vehicle we "thought" we would get. “I recently was recommended to drop off my problematic 2018 Expedition, by a service advisor at the Richland Hills location, due to 3 months backlog. I was pleasantly surprised that the Lewisville location was able to diagnose and repair my overheating issue within a week. They even delivered my vehicle back to me in North Fort Worth, saving me a couple hours of driving. Unfortunately, they brought it back to me with a check engine light. I diagnosed it myself and determined that in the rush to get it out the door, they forgot to hook up a PCV hose which threw a code in the attached picture. I texted this information to my service advisor and never received a response.
Update: Sean, the manager over the service department at this facility called to understand the situation and to make it right. Sean is reimbursing previous expenses for a misdiagnosed overheating issue and assured me that the quality control would be drastically improved at his service center, as well as the level of communication between customer and service managers. I believe Sean will do the right thing and in good faith, I am raising this review from 2 stars to 4.”

“After shopping once, shopping 3x at Carvana and guess what dealership, either way, come see MIKE! I had credit challenges, and the dealerships approved me to the point of telling me to buy insurance and come sign. I spent 2 grand in down payments and insurance that I'm still waiting on refund for. Mike was 0 pressure, got me in to a nice SUV with 30,000 less miles than the dealership cars, plus a 2 yr 36,000 mile full warranty, discount oil changes. The process was so simple and the payments fit right in my budget. Brandon the finance guy was thorough and both guys very kind, respectful, and addressed every question and concern I had. I'm giving them 5 stars all the way. Great job!”

Before just trying to replace the whole thing he told me he first wanted to test smaller items first and then go from there. I ended up needing to replace the whole thing but his prices were significantly less than other places that I had called. I took my husbands and sons car back to him for repairs as well. He communicated with me about the process the whole time and I never felt he was trying to do something that didn't need to be done. I will continue to use Hugo for my auto repair needs.”
