I have had nothing short of a fantastic experience using this facility. I had to rent a second unit and once I saw the actual size of the unit I rented on the website; Heather was extremely helpful in locating larger unit very quickly. She was such a pleasure and was very customer service oriented in a time where it is almost non existent. Thanks for taking care of all my needs!

Here we go again. Been back here for less than 5 months and just got a notice that my rate is going up 63% due to taxes, utility increases, inflation, property improvements, increasing vendor costs and upkeep. This happened a couple of times when I was here before. Should have learned my lesson.

We just ended our 2-year stint renting a unit at this location and I can't say enough good things about it. It is professionally run and everything is top-notch. Heather runs a tight ship. If we are ever back in the area again and need storage, this will be the place we use.
