“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came in about 20 minutes late to my appointment, and they were not troubled by it. They explained and showed me firsthand what was wrong with my car and how they would fix it, along with a quote, before they made any repairs. They told me about how long I could drive it and gave me a quote and explained what I could do if I couldn't get all of those repairs today. I will be coming back soon to get everything done.”
“I called Tony ( 2 weeks ago ) after going to another establishment in Lewisville while I won’t name them I can say Tony and European automotive Ctr gave me such reasonable prices for all 4 breaks and rotors and their customer service was exceptional. The turnaround time was amazing. They even dropped me off and picked me up once my care was ready. I had to spend a little money due to the condition of the vehicle so I was prepared. What I wasn't prepared for was the videos, and pictures proving the things that I should take care of. His professionalism is of the utmost respect as well as his attention to detail. He took me in on short notice and got my car back in no time. I'm telling you this once neglected 2005 suburu drove out of his repair shop riding like brand new. I am over the top impressed of his work. Kudos Robert! “Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically.
Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low.

“We found this place after our daughter moved to Denton to go to Unt. My husband and I live far out in East Texas. On several drives to go visit our daughter we have had car problems and when we would get to Denton, we would go to Strandes Garage.they have now helped us with three different vehicles. They went out of their way to make sure we could get in and out in a timely matter. They worked very hard at diagnosing and troubleshooting what was wrong with the vehicles. One time we had run over a piece of metal on the freeway while driving in the middle of the night and they found it rammed up underneath our car took it out… They didn’t even charge us we have also had major electrical problems with another car of ours a Honda Civic, they kept working until they figured out the problem. They are affordable, extremely trustworthy, and excellent customer service. They are family owned and operated and you can tell. The reason that their parking lot is so full is not because they are backed up or slow is because they take your business and they work long hours and they get the job done. So people come to them from all over. Our son will be moving to Fort Worth soon and we’ve already told him it’ll be worth him to make the 45 minute drive if he’s got any problems to go to a trustworthy place. On top of this they have a service where if you need a ride back to your house to leave your car there they will take you back home and pick you back up. This has been very useful for me. And doing that I’ve got to speak with some of the mechanics and learn how good they treat them. They have continuing education programs to build loyalty and long-term relationships with their mechanics that they can trust and train. Can’t say enough good things about This place. Hope you give them a try. Andrew was my advisor, but they are all awesome up there. Caleb is great too. Photos got their contact info if you need it!”

“I have used Christian brothers one time about a year ago for something pretty simple and was impressed with their work and communication and commitment to customer satisfaction. I brought my truck back to them for an oil leak alignment and tire rotation last week and they were so informative on exactly the issue of the oil leak sent text message with a link to pictures of the problem which is awesome! I got my truck back last Friday and noticed over the weekend it was still leaking oil so I brought I back and they looked it over and gave me a call and let me know that the seal on a part they replaced didn’t seat completely so they went back in and fixed that. They drove it several different times to make sure it was not leaking again they even took it to a car wash and had the undercarriage completely washed they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed completely and no more oil leaks. It is hard to find honest mechanic shops these days especially when it comes to a big chain. They have forever gained a customer in me. Alex was amazing to work with on this whole process. I couldn’t be happier!! To top it all off I live about 30 mins away from their shop and they personally delivered my truck to my house this morning!! Never had a shop do that before! Thank you to everyone who worked on my truck and put great effort and pride into fixing it!!”
