Don’t know what the 1 star reviews are about because these guys are so awesome!! Chris walked right up when I walked in so I didn’t have to wait. He empathetically helped me with my issue and was very understanding, patient, and professional. In fact he went above and beyond to fix my problem and make my experience positive!! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will go to this location again in the future when I need something.

Was going to get the new iphone 15 here however “reina” (ree-nuh) was so miserable about doing their job i will most definitely be driving out to a different location. They must be desperate for employees to have someone lacking customer service skills working in customer service.

So I recommend switching over to T-Mobile, but if you do choose to do it, do not go to the store. They do not bother asking questions about what you really need, you end up with service that does not work for what your requirements are, and I have spent more time in the store than I ever did at Verizon over the last 11 years of being with them. Currently evaluating AT&T options. T-Mobile service seems decent, and everyone has been nice. Sadly, they’ve also not been helpful to solve the problems. If you do decide to switch, go online or look for a different store.

I was having some serious issues with my phone. Elizabeth (Liz) and Alyssa were so helpful. Liz was able to fix a problem that 3 other locations could not. Alyssa backed her up and handled a disgruntled client while I was there with grace and extreme patience. I will most definitely be back for any problems or issues in the future. They both did an amazing job!

I have never felt as welcome or as important as Chris made me feel at T-Mobile.He is an amazing guy he was very nice very polite had all the answers to all my crazy questions he did it quick and fast and he told me. The truth and I mean what more could you ask for Chris is an amazing guy

Guy at the counter was rude and confrontational when I was surprised when I didn’t understand how the phone insurance policy worked and had to pay an additional 100 dollars to get my phone fixed what’s the point of raising all T-Mobile phone insurance prices when you don’t have in house Apple care workers like you did a year ago. Now you use a third party verification service which takes even more time to resolve. Your in house T-Mobile associates can’t enter a claim into a system is ridiculous even more time for them to stand around and not have anything to do. Let’s be honest storefronts only get busy at certain times and your service reps know very little and can rarely help. Went to a metro store close to yall and the person their was extremely helpful.
