“I’m a pretty green decoy and when I mentioned to the other decoys at our training club that I would like to get my own bite suit made, the response from everyone was always, “Contact Kirby K9, they’re the best.” I’m so glad I listened and I have since heard similar recommendations from decoys at other training clubs.From start to finish, Kirby K9 could not have made this a better experience. Being newer to all of this, I had several questions about ordering a custom suit (some of which I was worried/embarrassed were maybe dumb questions). Josh Kirby was not only so quick and responsive to my questions, but he was always so helpful in answering them and giving me all the information I needed without ever once making me feel dumb or silly for the questions I was asking.I found a suit design that I liked on the Kirby K9 Facebook page and sent a picture of it to Josh saying I would like that design but with the colors tweaked a bit for me. He handled everything for me and nailed it! All I had to do was provide my measurements and Kirby K9 even sent a SUPER helpful video fully detailing how to take the necessary measurements.My suit arrived yesterday and I was so nervous, hoping it would fit. It fit absolutely perfectly, arrived super fast (I got the Super Rush shipping) and, I know this is a weird thing to say about a bite suit but, it’s SO PRETTY! :)I can’t recommend Kirby K9 enough. Their customer service is unmatched, the product quality is incredible and they will make the whole process of getting your very own “custom armor” (as our wonderful club training director calls it) a smooth, easy and fun process. “I have been coming to Earthwise for years now to have my dogs groomed. The staff is always warm and inviting and kind of feels like a big family. I love that they care for foster kitties and help them find their forever homes, and I adore the sloths. It is ALWAYS a happy place for me and my dog, and Amanda the groomer is one of my dog’s favorite people. And she is a picky little pooch!”

“We are grateful for Susie’s Snack Shop and their self-serve dog wash. It’s a fantastic set up making it super easy to give our pup a wash between grooms. And we always leave with a sweet treat (or two) on the way out. Their gourmet cookies are a big hit! … Oh, and the staff is always very friendly!”

“Fantastic store and amazing staff! I agreed to take a dog last minute so it wouldn't go to a shelter and I literally went inside the store and said "help". I had dogs growing up but not one since. Aiden walked through each and every aisle with me helping me pick products and figuring out all that I needed. Mika the groomer also took the time to explain dog brushes to me and how to take care of my new dog's coat. They were so nice and very knowledgeable. This will definitely be my new store.”

“I visit this petsmart once in a while to get my cats nails trimmed usually. The employees in the grooming department are always friendly and informative of what I need to know about my pets needs. They are always quick and gentle with my cat. Always have a smile on their face as I greet them. Cashiers could improve on their customer service but I have not really had any bad experiences. Keep up the good work guys and gals!”

After getting sprayed by a skunk, you offered to let my husband bring her in the same day and got almost all of the smell off her with only 1 bath! I didn’t think she could be tolerable, until I got home and smelled her. Amazing! Thank you for your hard work and doing this for us. “Excellent place ! We went to bathe my dog and the washing station is great! It had all the products I needed to bathe my dog, there were towels, soap, shampoo, brushes etc! Everything was in perfect condition, the treatment was excellent on the part of the employees and the price for using the area seems great to me, $9.99 seems super practical to use that area and not have to deal with it in my house!”
