ive been living here for almost a year and i have loved it! very little complaints. its usually quiet, trash gets picked up consistently, the pool and gym are nice as well. the front office people are also very sweet and helped us get into an apt. i deducted a star cause there is trash around the property a lot and the elevators get nasty but that happens with humans around. there can be disrespectful kids around as well.

The new management seems to be better but it's changed 3 times since I've lived there so who knows how long that will stay. This was my second time living here after my rough first experience but I wanted to give them another shot because the price and location are good.
They moved me in to an apartment that smelled like an ash tray and after asking about it they told me the old tenant broke back into the apt and was crouching there for a week until they noticed. For multiple days they told me they were doing things to fix it but I would go in the unit and there would be no change. After a couple days of panicking I went to the front office to try and talk to the manager about options. She didn't even bring me back to her office she stood there in front of the staff and customers and said "there's nothing we can do about it what do you expect". She then changed her tone quickly when I had to plead for other options as it was an unhabitable unit. They found me another unit only after a front office member finally agreed to come with me to check out the unit who was appalled by its condition. Not only did it smell worse after allegedly deep cleaning it and re-painting, it was incredibly dirty. The photo of my hand was after one swipe across a countertop.
Got into another unit thankfully but then had to deal with the neighbors who would constantly leave their trash in front of my door. I'm guessing it was because I lived across from the elevator but who knows. Had someone leave an open trash bag full of wet dog poop in front of my door after one month of moving in. I let the front office know about it with no response. Someone came in to change the air filter, and in the notes it said it had not been replaced in multiple years and then just left caked on dust/dirt all over my things and floor for me to deal with. The upstairs neighbors sink had a leak and it came down through the lighting fixture and ruined everything I had on my countertop. Other things as well such as the ceiling above the shower leaking, no air flow in the bathroom, and very thin walls.
The location is nice but there are a lot of other apartments nearby. I want to say again the new management seems like they are trying and have monthly events and such. I just happened to live there during a really rough management timeline it appears.

I absolutely love this complex. They are such an amazing staff. Mrs. Regla, Abrielle, and Hailey are such sweet individuals! They work with you in everything you need. Management and Maintenance is always on point! Definitely recommend renting your next apartment here!

I don’t have enough words to describe how awful this management company is. Pool is constantly closed for no reason on sunny days and always dirty. They don’t have enough gate clickers for residents so they leave gates open all night at times. Super unsafe. And then they will close it during day when you need to get in. ONLY ONE gate has a key pad btw. So that’s that ? packages constantly get stolen here cuz of no security at all. If you have to much trash they will charge you $50 with no warning.
They charge you a 20% late fee if your late even one day and they actually switched this rule amongst others randomly for no reason after contacts was signed. They constantly have different management and employees due to bad culture. The past maintenance men never spoke well about them. Ever had something that needed to be fixed and never got fixed and your 6 months into your SECOND lease. Imagine that. Then when you call them out they blame you ?.
If you ever need help or have a bad month cuz it’s life and stuff happens. They WILL NOT understand or give you ANY help or understanding. If you were hurt on the floor they would leave you on floor, step over you and leave an invoice on your body. That’s how bad this place is. PLS GUYS DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS HORRID PLACE. This place is just a cash grab for greedy cope people who should not be in the human business.

Great team at this property! Especially have to mention Luis, who has been going above and beyond at keeping the grounds looking immaculate from the very beginning. Clear goals have set and exceeded. It gives me piece of mind knowing the property is upkept with such attention to detail.

Abrielle was very kind and gave us the positive energy we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the apartments and answered our questions perfectly. The gym is also very nice for an apartment complex and the patios are also nice. I don’t live here yet but overall I had a pleasant experience.

This is my first real apartment (I've always rented houses with friends) so I was worried because you always hear horror stories about apartment complexes and how horrible they are. But I have lived here now for 15 months and love it.
The management is great. There has always been someone in the office when I came in and I have never had a phone call go unanswered. Abrielle is one of the nicest people I've ever met, the most recent negative review stating otherwise is very wrong. Hailey has also been awesome and so helpful with my lease transfer. I know I annoyed her with the constant questions and repeating of herself but she never showed it.
The apartments themselves are really nice. They are only 6 years old, which is a plus. The area is super quiet and I have seen packages left on peoples front steps for weeks at a time without being touched. The walls appear to be rather thick. The most I have ever heard from my neighbors is their dog barking from time to time and even then, it wasn't loud. not louder than a normal level conversation in my apartment.

Abrielle is a terrible leasing agent. She is no help and terrible at her job. This property is filthy and a big disappointment.
