Had such a great experience here with Josh, Vanessa, Brandon and Bryan. They all have been a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend from how easy it was to how kind everyone is and has your best interest at heart.
We spoke to a lot of other dealers in the area and were so grateful when we met Josh and an RV show in Dallas. He really sold us on what exactly we were looking for with enthusiasm and knowledge. I'm very happy with my purchase of a Transcend One. Great product. I'm extremely unhappy with the customer service I have received from McClains. My advice - find another dealer from which to make your purchase.

This review should have been done awhile back…last year I upgraded from an 04 Cedar Creek to a 2016 Cedar Creek,this trailer was a diamond in rough,you could tell it had been taken very well cared for,it had 2new a/c units,new tires & a brand new roof,there were a few small things that needed to be addressed,a wine fridge,awning & some lighting…let me just say the whole team at McClain’s in Denton/Corinth went to work,after we had come to an agreement on my trade in,site unseen I might add & agreed price for the 16,we were off to the races I apologize I can’t remember all’s names that were involved but thank you,the two I do remember are Morgan in service & Rich in sales,these guys took control & made the move/transfer almost effortless,in fact I’ve had to call upon the service department several times & they are always glad to help…this was a big move/upgrade for me but let me say your team at this store is Top Shelf…Highly recommended,if you are in the market for an RV used or new this is place…thks again to all departments & for the great experience…One Happy Camper….Tim McLain….

The "Extended Warranty" Vehicle Service Agreement is a joke. They will charge you outlandish diagnostic fees to confirm obvious failures of the equipment. $150 to confirm that a display doesn't work? $200 to see that a board is loose.
Apparently these 2 photos are worth $350. I don't even want to know what the rest of that process looks like. Too many horror stories in the reviews. I'm done.

Awesome! Sales, Service and Finance all worked together to provide a great experience. The staff performed far beyond expectations to make sure the transition from trade to new 5th wheel was well executed. Kudos to Josh, John, Justin and everyone at McCain's RV Superstore - Cornith.

Recently I had the need to replace two lpg pigtails for my RV of 8 years. I could have ordered them and had them delivered to the campsite on Lake Ray Roberts in Texas in two days at a cost of $23 all in from Amazon. I went to McClains full well understanding that I would probably pay a 30% premium.
Instead, I was charged $66 all in, a 286% premium. And, the Amazon pigtails were of much higher quality!
I asked McClains if they would give me a nominal break due to the competition or the fact I served honorably in the military. A big NO.
Thus: ask me if I will ever buy anything from McClains and my answer? A BIG NO. Will I ever dream of buying a needed RV from McClains? Again, a big NO. Decisions have consequences.

My wife and I went window shopping today. Jim was excellent showing us different models of RVs. He did a fantastic job explaining the whole process of purchasing a new RV. We did not purchase today, however when we are ready to buy we will definitely go back to work with Jim.

Would give a negative if possible. Bought our Grand Design in Corinth. Horrible sales experience. Rude, smart aleck salesman. Should have just left but didn't want to drive 200 miles for this new close out floor plan.
First trip out, my husband was installing vent covers on roof and discovers damage. Took it to Sanger location since we couldn't stand Corinth. Grand Design warrantied the roof so they authorized Sanger to replace it. When my husband picked it up they told him it had 3 month warranty on their work. Wasn't surprised one bit that they don't stand behind their work once we got it home to take a good look.
They did the worst job we could imagine. Used different thickness plywood on roof. Got adhesive down 2 places outside that was of course dried on by the time we got it back.
Inside was worse. No type of make ready done. Camper was still filthy inside from all the construction dust. There were scratches all over where things were hit with repair materials. Adhesive dripped on the floor in a couple places. Also dried. Missing pieces not put back on after the repairs. Trim around vent on ceiling installed wrong. Husband redid the work to make it right.
This was a brand new camper.
If you buy with McClains, beware. From what we've seen, they were horrible to buy from and horrible at doing professional repair work. We see absolutely no reason to ever go back there to purchase anything else, ever.

These guys are the worst in my opinion. Josh and Joe team up and sell problem RV’s. I was tricked into buying a modified lithium van. It was nothing but problems. Never worked right Service manager Brad just feed me a bunch of false information Come to find out they stole parts out of the vehicle. Shop elsewhere.

On a whim while driving back home from Oklahoma, we stopped in Sanger at the McClain just to look.
We looked at Class-C and half ton 5th wheel RV's.
The sales guy that greated us is Bryan Davis. He answered all our questions, helped decide what direction we should go, and we never felt pressured into anything.
That was a little over a week ago. Today, we just bought an RV from McClain with the help of Bryan.
This is the beginning of our relationship with McClain's, and as of now, it is a 5 star experience.
Longevity is the test of any relationship, and I will be posting up as our journey continues.
But for now, I highly recommend Bryan and McClain.
FYI, we closed the deal at the Corinth location. However, Bryan works out of the Sanger store.
