These guys have been great helping us keep our Kia Soul in great shape. This particular visit, I showed up accidentally a Friday a week early for the appointment I made online and they were able to still accomodate me and fit me in, which was great for me because I didn't have anything else to do and I just about never know when I'm going to be able to take off work.

Had a great car-buying experience at Huffines Kia of Corinth yesterday. Andrew Avera was thorough, efficient, compassionate and extremely helpful during the sales portion, and his finance manager, Saul Lujan, conducted the best, low-key, no-pressure presentation of the ubiquitous "extended warranties" that are part of the new car buying reality. Our daughter is thrilked with her 2023 Kia Rio, and the overall professionalism, courtesy and upbeat manner of the entire staff and operation has gained Huffines car dealerships a long-term and repeat customer.

Dropped car off for service, due to warranty work, tried to up sell me on services, and I had almost 50 miles on my car, they tried to tell me it was to test car, 50 miles who are you trying to kid. At most 10 miles max is all that's needed, wondering who might have drove it to lunch or home, I'm done with this dealership. Buyers and those getting service be warned.

I've been looking for a certain Kia Sportage for a month and they are very hard to find in todays market. I called 30+ dealers in search of this certain Sportage and they were either sold or had customers names on them already. I kept searching and was elated to finally find a dealer that had not only one but two of the model and color I wanted. I spoke with William McGrath of Huffines Kia in Corinth (Dallas area, I live in Houston), that's how much I wanted this car. It was late in the evening and I told him I was in Houston. There was no way I would make it to Dallas obviously, so I asked if he could hold it. He said they couldn't hold it and I offered to give him my credit card number to hold it and he said he couldn't. I told him my story and said I would be up first thing in the morning to pick it up, I would book a flight and be there when they open. He said it was late and both vehicles probably wouldn't get sold in a couple hours the dealer had left to be open. I said great, send me the credit app and I'll fill it out and book my flight. I asked him the price and he said MSRP, which I was good with. I told him the payment I saw on KIA's website and I made sure to tell him what payment I wanted. He said "that won't be a problem." I told him I wanted to make sure because I'm coming a long way for this car and he again assured me it wouldn't be a problem. He told me more than once "I've been doing this for 11 years, I know what I'm doing." He said he couldn't get to the finance guy because he had 3 customers waiting and wouldn't be able to get a price before they closed. This should have been my indication to bail on this deal but he assured me we could get this deal done. I booked a flight from Houston to Dallas (one way) at 6:04am. I had to get up at 3:30am in order to get to the airport. I arrived in Dallas at 7:33am and took an Uber to the car dealership (it cost $50 to get to the dealer) and arrived at Huffines at 8am. I saw the car I wanted was still there and lucky enough the service department was open at 8am, the sales opens at 8:30am, so I had a bit of a wait. They had water and coffee and snacks available, so it was nice. The dealership is very nice, new and modern. William showed up at 8:30am and promptly got started which was great. I gave him some information and signed some forms and gave him my DD-214 for the military discount. I wanted a 2 year lease, which gave a nice discount. He gave me the keys to the car and I took it out for a drive and it was amazing. It was everything I hoped for and very nice. When I returned to the dealer, I signed some more forms and he was taking the "deal" to finance. This is where everything turned, he came back with a payment almost $200 over what we talked about. I told him this is not what we talked about and not even close to the payment we discussed and he had assured me would be "doable." At this point, I knew there would be no deal that day because how far off they were from what I told him I wanted to be at. I didn't yell or cause a scene, I just got up and started looking for another flight back to Houston. As I was looking for flights, he came back with what I assume was the finance guy and they tried to get me for a payment that was about $100 more than what I told him and for 4 years not 2. I laughed and then of course they told me how tax, title and license isn't included with the estimate. This extra $3K was the reason the payment was higher and there was nothing they could do. I said "no thanks, keep the car" and continued looking for a flight back to Houston. Then they had the nerve to try and talk me into a "lesser vehicle" like I would ever do business with these swindlers. I laughed and said no thanks, I'm going to head home and you can keep your car. At the end of the day, I kept my promise and Huffines Kia did not and it cost me a lot of money to completely waste my time. It was another $50 to Uber back to

Having been quite frustrated attempting to purchase a new Kia K5, I found the car I wanted at Huffines Kia Corinth. I called to verify the vehicle was there, I connected to a sales person William. He assured me the vehicle was there and he had the keys. I told him I was on the way. Halfway to the dealer I realized I had failed to tell him my name. When I arrived he was prompt at greeting me and sent me out to test drive the car. Upon returning he was finished with his previous client and began working my deal. All went very smoothly and was quite quick. The final closure of the deal was well handled by Donna. From arrival to out tte door was 3 hours much faster than many other dealers. I thank William for holding the keys for me as well as his expert review of the systems on the car.

I had to trade in my brand new forte GT for a much slower, but bigger, Sportage X Pro. Unfortunatly I was in a rush because Donovan had no sense of urgency in processing the deal despite the numerous times I told him I had to be at work by 6pm (I arrived at noon). Needless to say, I didnt think to take my subwoofer out of my Forte until I had left and was driving home. Not having the time to turn around and go pick it up immediately, I texted Donovan to notify him of the sub still in my now traded in car, and asked him when I could come pick it up... no response. Next day, I reached out, no response (apparently he doesn't text on his day off). Third day, he todl me to drive up to the dealership to pick it up. I drove from downtown dallas all the way to Corinth only to find he hadn't even taken the sub out or checked the vehicle for my property. I only know this because when I went to remove the sub, it was GONE! Someeone stole my sh*t and they told me they'd look into it. WOW. next day I got a text saying they had a check for the replacement cost and when I drove up there AGAIN to pick it up, they asked me to take my 1 star review down in exchange for the check. does anyone else blame me for not taking the 1 star down? my experience was 1 star. buy a Kia from Austin rose at central Kia of plano. he's a little rough around the edges but hes good people and will genuinely take care of you.

horrible service. Was looking to trade in for a new Kia last fall (2022). Didn't really like the numbers I was given (and the BS add-ons they tack on). When I asked if anything could be done to work with me a little ( remove add-ons, give me more for my trade in, work on selling price, ETC) I was told by the GM to basically get lost (not in so nice of words however). Will not be back again, and I don't recommend anyone go to them. There are plenty of other dealers that are much better to work with.

I traded in my 2023 Forte GT for a 2023 Sportage. The night I did the deal, I realized I forgot to retrieve the subwoofer from trunk. Two days later I was told to come pick it up so I drove almost an hour from Dallas to Corinth only to find it had been removed and "lost". My property was stolen from this facility. Donovan and his sales manager took zero accountability and I'm out a couple hundred dollars on top of the negative equity I had to roll into new loan. If you're looking for a new Kia I'd highly recommend going to a different dealership. Disappointed with my experience is a gross understatement.

I woke up one day and my check engine light was on in my vehicle. I've noticed that I'm still under 80,000 miles which is manufacturer warranty. I just got off of a 12 hour shift and I was ridiculously tired but I couldn't miss my 8:30 AM appointment and then which Kia had a shuttle , which dropped Me Off at Home &d picked me up! With wonderful staff that was very friendly, respectful and seemed very equipped & educated on my vehicles needs. Thanks again Kia you are awesome.
