We have been long-time discount tire customers. We've bought 5 or 6 sets from discount over the years. Also, my husband worked for discount tire for several years at the beginning of our marriage. The customer service and quality of service at this location is horrible. Quite frankly I don't feel safe having them work on my vehicle anymore. Last Monday we took my car in to have the tires rotated and balanced. They either forgot to put one of my lugnuts back on or they did not torque them because one of them was missing from my front driver side wheel. We take it back up there and the manager immediately takes it back a puts a non-matching lugnut on my car and proceeds to say that he can get a matching replacement for us. My husband told him to wait a few hours because we might just trade my car in. 5 hours later we made the decision to keep my car and get new tires for it. My husband returns to buy the new tires and the manager then informs us that if we want my lugnuts to match then we will have to pay about $50 to get all new matching ones.
My husband said it is your fault the lugnut is missing and you want me to pay $50 to fix your mistake? No thank you. We will not be buying our tires from here. What a shame.

Customer service and the service provided were incredible. My first time at DT and Connor was incredibly patient, informed, and so kind. I got my tire replaced after my dealership found a nail in the side of my tire. Discount Tire was significantly cheaper to replace the tire, and quick with the service. When I drove off the parking lot, my car notified I had uneven tire pressure…turns out my dealership significantly overinflated my other tires (they confirmed the mistake when I called) and DT had the correct PSI with the newly installed tire. Connor welcomed me back, answered all my questions (I’m unfortunately not a car girly), and set my other tires to the correct psi. I had a great experience and will be back for other services.

It was about 4 weeks ago when I was in the Corinth location and I had an issue with a manufacturer defect on a tire. I have to say Connor had my back from start to finish. He had it diagnosed and handled within a very timely manner, and kept me informed the entire way throughout the process. Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you Connor!

Tires aren't really much of a discount. Super long waits, but the staff is friendly.

Amaze balls lol . I had a flat due to a nail in my tire going to pick up my kids from my moms way on the other side of the world and they changed it out in no time .. it said an hour but took about 30 mins for the wait . They were very nice and let me stay in the car due to the kids . I always have an amazing time at discount tire why would this time be any different !!!

Customer Service and Communication complaint; I waited over two hours plus to get a tire repaired that I waited on. Service Writer said it would be an hour and half wait. The text from DS Tire stated the same. Well, two customers that came in for a tire flat repair, fixed and gone, after my arrival. So, I took notice with other cars being serviced. I walked up to the Service Writer and asked what was going on. It was evident my work order was shuffled and they forgot about my car. Service Writer said I would be next, and it was another 35 minutes later, my tire was repaired. No apology from the Service Writer, or the person that pulled my car out of the bay. Nothing, and they all knew I've been waiting. So, when you go and they say a committed time. Be mindful on how many cars arrive after you have. Customer Service and Communication training is needed at this location. Fyi management. RM

One of the rep came over and looked at the wheel and suggested the size. Very knowledgeable on what they do.

During my trip back home to Minnesota from Texas, I faced a tire leak. Luckily, I stopped by Discount Tire, and they promptly addressed the issue. It turned out there was a nail in my tire, fortunately causing no damage to the rim. They expertly plugged and patched it, allowing me to continue my journey hassle-free. What's more, they provided this service free of charge! I'm genuinely grateful for their exceptional customer service.

I had them check the air pressure in my tires because my air pressure kept coming on in my car okay they checked it all and send it all and I went on down the road 8 Mi down the road I had a blowout thank you Discount Tire

10/10. Came in for a flat and had to change the tire. I wasn’t happy with the first tire they put on so I asked to change it to the same tire my car had and they did an amazing job to communicate with me to get the right tire for me. Staff was very professional and out going.

I won't go here again. I called ahead to see if they could fix a flat tire, they said yes come on over. When I got there the man I talked to said I had to get the tire replaced as it is an old tire. I then took the car across the street to a different auto center and they said the tire tread was fine and fixed it and I was on my way in 30 min.

The team here is incredibly professional and really prioritizes the customer experience. We drive 40 min to get our tires from this location because of this. Highly recommended.
