I ran into Albertsons on Tuesday, desperate for a themed cake by Wednesday. The bakery said no problem at all! They were so very kind, even had my cake ready ahead of time and WAY better than expected. Their decorators are truly talented. To add, nobody likes grocery shopping with toddlers. BUT their carts are total game changers! They had a blast driving around while I got what I needed. As I was checking out the managers and associates were so friendly, they talked, laughed and played with my boys as I was checking out. Their entire staff is amazing, it was truly a great experience all around. Albertsons has gained a loyal shopper. Thank you!!

It's my neighborhood Albertsons, and they treat me like a neighbor. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.
Prices are a little high but often so is the quality.

Your stupid app wouldnt work so I cant log in. My Dad clips it under his # and your system still doesnt work and you tell me I have to show you the app under his number when I just told you I couldnt login to either because you all had no signal in your store??? Then you get a manager thinking shed have common sense to just honor the deal but that was too much for her I guess. Lived here for 10 years, NEVER COMING BACK.

The store is always clean and orderly. The number of different items to choose from is very satisfying. Fresh fruit was what I was looking for and found a wide variety and very apitizingly laid out. I love shopping here and the prices and quality are great.

What a horrible manager. Walked up to ask him about the location of an item was ignored. Major attitude from the guy who was gross looking. Boy has Albertsons gone down hill. They charge so much more but have awful management. Quit going there about a year ago and now I remember why. They put items on the app stating they carry it but no one can locate it in the store.

I have shopped this store for 23 years, simply for amazing customer service. The service has been declining since the addition of self check out. Tonight I was turned away by a rude cashier literally at 6:57 stating she was closed. Forced to self check out. I refuse to use self check out. The gaurd dog watching self check out told me cashiers are open until 10:00. This needs to be fixed.
