I just had the best 7-Eleven experience I have ever had. To start I had to use the restroom and the restroom was easily the cleanest gas station restroom I’ve ever used. Then I was shocked I got coffee that the area was not a mess like every other convenience store coffee area, but it was actually 100% clean. Best part they literally had every flavor of creamer and syrup you could ever want, and some I didn’t even know existed. Look at those pics!!! AMAZING!!
Then when I checked out JJ was kind, friendly & helpful. What a Fabulous 711!!! I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Brea is hands down the sweetest 7 eleven employee. Along with a couple others at this store but she goes above and beyond.

Skip this place, there are better gas stations nearby. Lots of pumps out of commission, tried to pay at the pump and it said “see cashier”. No thanks, I’ll just go somewhere else. Don’t need bad gas (in the fuel sense)

The fountain machine leaves a lot to be desired but I had to leave 5 stars anyway. I wish I could have gotten the name of the employee who helped me out today because he is amazing and deserves a raise!! So kind and helpful, when I was having the absolute worst month of my life this man was like a beacon of kindness that I really needed today. Thank you sir, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name!

The worse to go gas station . They profile you and greet you depending on your color . The restroom always a mess and never any sanitary . Bathroom tissue worse you carry always your personal hygeine because they don't have there to supoly for customers. We have stopped before just for ice or small things but quickly because of the service. We try not to stop there but today we all were car pooling so they stopped there and ay 🙈

Im tired of the pumps asking if my Discover card is a debit card. I click no and it cancels the transaction. I use a debit card and is doesn’t even ask me that question. Why? I went to a Quicktrip further south and they take my Discover card without any questions. I’ll be using them in the future as they are closer to me.

The attitude of the white female employee working at this location is really rude. I bought a lottery ticket, and she just tossed it on the table. It made me feel really bad. If she is unhappy with her job, she should find another one. Working with such a disgruntled expression is not respectful to the customers. The service issues at 7-11 are becoming increasingly serious. It's expensive, and the attitude is the worst; I don't see any value in using this place.

Cashier couldn't break a $100 for a $10 sale at 7 am on a Friday. Said she wasn't allowed to use the safe at that time because it was timed and she had already used it once to break a 100. This store has really gone downhill in past few months.

The cashier was very rude. I ordered a slice of pizza but it was too burnt and hard. Please request that you exchange me for another one. But all the slices were equally hard and burned inside the showca I asked for a refund that was denied.. .. so all the hard and burnt slices were thrown in the trash. And after that they just ignored me... bad experience. By the 2 RUDE cashiers.? at 7 eleven 1100 farm to market rd 2181 Corinth tx

Every time i come here half of the pumps aren’t working. On top of that the pumps have cobwebs and bees. I don’t think I will come back here.

They (and the 711 on 407) typically give teachers w/ IDs free drinks. On 5/19/24 in the evening the woman insisted we "only get a discount" and rang me up with a BO ("[B]ring your [O]wn cup," I assume) coded discount. Seemed more like she was unhappy and wanted to capitalize on the opportunity to bring someone else down.

There is an extremely rude employee working for the 7-Eleven at 1100 FM 2181 in Corinth. His name is Zion and he wears glasses. I went to ask why the pumps sporadically decide to not let you use a credit card and you have to go inside. They had happened several times, so I was trying to get an explanation with the female cashier that was waiting on me. She was very nice. Zion had to chime in with his two cents and Started to be so rude to me. He ended up calling me the F word twice and saying the F word three more times during my visit. Not one time did I swear at him and that one time did the female cashier tell him to stop or to calm down. I was extremely upset. I asked for the managers name and when she went to give it to me, Zion said, go ahead and call her. It won’t matter she won’t care. So I will call this manager and I will let you all know if she ends up saying anything. I cannot believe 7-Eleven chooses to employ such an Individual . Someone who cares that little about customer service and about the people that come in there should not have a job and should definitely not be working with people. Right now if I could give this store zero stars I would. It’s a shame that young people like Zion, feel like they can get away with treating people however, they want. That’s what this country has come to .
