Tyrone met us at the door. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with our numerous questions and reviewed every option available to us. But not once did we feel pressured to purchase anything we did not need. Tyrone called later in the day to follow up and make sure our new service was working as well as expected.

We purchase phone in March 2023 and we were told we couldn't pay the devices off because of promotions Gabrielle Edwards told us we would not get the credit for our phones if we paid them off right in store come to find out 36 months payment and can't pay it off as we planned because she didn't know what she was even talking about. I plan to pay off the device they can keep there device credit because they know how to screw people over. Att prepaid is way cheaper for the same you all are charging for same plan.

I took my mom here to have her phone looked at since she needed to replace her Thailand Sim card to a united States one (she lost her previous one in thailand). They weren't busy and we were greeted by a nice gentleman named Jonah with a nice smile. He was soo patient with her as she forgot her pin number and doesn't recall a password. I wouldn't of known it was his second day there if he never told me by how calm and patient he was with her. His trainer (I didn't get his name) was soo patient as well. They worked really well together to get my mom situated and happy. Great customer service is hard to find and I'm very satisfied with the service here. So my advice is to go on a Sunday while everyone is watching the game..lol. Speedy service with a smile.
