I can't get my package or may mail I moved into my new house almost 2 weeks ago and was told the mail keys would change on Saturday wells it's Saturday and I still can't get my package and the keys I was given don't work

Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done. Nothing will change. Asked to have my mail held for pick up while waiting for lock to be changed. (Just moved to Copperas Cove). My mail was not held, it was delivered to the box that does not have a new lock yet. Was told it would be changed today and not politely. Next day: Still not changed, having to wait until Monday now just to figure this out. I have time sensitive mail and no way to get it!!

Packages shows delivered in mailbox, but no packages to be found. Copperas Cove USPS you’re getting good at losing my packages, 4th in 2 months.

I know some people like to heap scorn on the USPS, but I wanted to take a moment to praise this USPS location, and specifically Postmaster Roy. We had sent several packages from out of state for our grandsons birthday to be delivered on his special day, only to realize in horror that none of them were being delivered due to us being given an incorrect address. When I called the Copperas Cove USPS, not only did Roy take the time to find what packages he still had there that hadn't been returned yet-he volunteered to deliver them himself so our grandson could still have presents to unwrap! What an amazing person, and a great representation of the good things that the USPS does that maybe doesn't get the recognition it should.
Roy, THANK YOU for making our grandsons birthday an even happier one! And thank you USPS for having such a great Postmaster.

Your mail carrier will return all of your mail to sender if you leave mail for any period of time.

Finally fixed everything outside the bricks, crack in the front of the building and other issues only Post office in Copperas Cove,we actually need another Post office here especially for the size of the area and it is growing more each year.

This would be by far the worst shipping service company. I hate it with a passion. Their customer service on the phone is extremely ridiculous you have to be on the phone for about 35min-1hr to talk to a representative. The USPS delivery person for my area, lies big time. I have cameras around my house to check on my deliveries. And every time a package of mine isn't delivered I get so frustrated because they lie with information saying they attempted to deliver which is bullcrap. I check the time stamp of the attempted delivery and ain't no where near the truth. Then I have to drive down there to the USPS office to pick up something they didn't try to deliver. Im tired of their lazy service and their lies. Packages are always assessable to be delivered at my house either on mailbox or front door. BUT GUESS WHAT ??? they always make up some excuse to say they couldn't deliver when really they didn't pass by my house at any given time. Im sick of this office and this deliver service honestly.

The two guys working together that day are truly awesome. I still mail out Christmas cards. I don't have many to send anymore so I hand pick them and this year I decided on some cards with sound. That's right, bulk extra postage. I already bought the newest Christmas stamps, 1st time in line, I took the advice got a fix for my bulky cards. Back in line,the other guy worked it, weighed it and I was able to use my own great new Christmas stamps. I was very pleased. Thank you dramatic Duo Guys At the Post Office.P.S. These guys are so efficient that I didn't have a chance to catch their names. Happy ? Holidays USPS

Submitted a service request for a response via email... they require i put my phone number... I was in the army, I have a severe anxiety disorder among other issues with communication: the reason I was putting in a request is because my anxiety meds never got delivered. REPEATEDLY they CALLED ME even though i asked for EMAIL ONLY. I DONT ANSWER my phone... EVER, but you holding my meds hostage over answering the phone instead of just emailing me to provide the same service the way I requested... why? "After we review and investigate the information you have provided, we will contact you and work with you until the issue is resolved." was the only email i ever received, then they kept calling my phone. I didn't agree to receive phone calls from you and would not have provided my number if that was possible.Not sure how much more clearly i can state:Please, do not call my phone. Please Email me at the one I provided and asked you to contact. Please don't USE the private information i was FORCED provide to submit the form because it's "easier" for you.

Tired of this place. First, they wouldn’t deliver my mail because our “truck was blocking the mailbox” (it was not, they were just being lazy and it was caught on our Ring camera), and TODAY, the mail lady RAN OVER MY TRASHCAN. Not only that, but she was flying through the neighborhood at least 45 mph after she finished our block. I mean, are you serious? Could you have any less-competent people? Just absolutely shameful.

The newer staff in the service office was lowsy. They forgot that they are the professionals and are supposed to help you with any questions. And instead treat you like you're just another transaction.
