Just dropped off box and the person who waited on me was the most unfriendly customer service rep. She definitely belongs in another line of work. The shipping label that generated to return college books referenced both UPS postage paid and USPS tracking #. The girl couldn't give me a receipt because she said tracking # shows USPS. She said they take USPS drop offs. I was told by the college to drop off at UPS since the label was confusing. I sure hope it gets shipped the right way so we receive the money for the books. I don't have a receipt thanks to her. Certainly won't go back to this location.

Lady named Alexus who works the front desk is very rude and misinformed me as far as how much I would be paying. Was trying to ship a book with a box and told me my box could not be shipped and when I asked why not she responded “uhhh” and walked away just to come back and tell me the box will be able to be shipped. She told me the price to ship one book would be $15 then turned around and said it would be $7. Either she doesn’t know her job very well at all or she wants to be difficult and give customers a hard time, either one is unacceptable. Would recommend asking for someone else to assist you if you choose to ship your packages at this establishment, just so your time wont be wasted and won’t be greeted with unprofessionalism.

I have never had someone so helpful as Summer is when I come into the store. She is the best. Wish other stores had people like Summers working for them. Please keep her.

Just left. Sitting for 30 minutes.
I understand several items were going on. The shorter employee had something going on in her personal life. Won't post. The air conditioning went out. Discomfortable. But while I was suppose to be getting help they stopped helped two others, I just needed a fax. Then they helped Ac people then 4 more people. The other employee finally came in from the back. She tried again, said it wasn't the fax number. I called it was. She then left my paperwork and helped 2 more people and then the AC people. I just was trying to leave never thinking a fax paperwork would take 30 minutes, because I had another appointment. The taller employee I think is the supervisor. Hope on another day they can do better.

Shout out to the one person staff. I recommend checking online for the busy hours. Although there was just one person, she was efficient and helpful, and she cld muti task and she is good at it. The store is clean, and I'm always greeted with a smile ?

This store has seriously went downhill. The people that work here now are lacking in customer service skills and manners and are unessesarly rude. I stood in line and watched them be rude to customer after customer for no reason at all. I recommend going to the post office instead of this place. The old staff were so helpful. Not these new people. Very rude!

I have used this store's services numerous times over the years for sending packages, faxing, printing, scanning, and emailing. I have always been satisfied with both the services available as well as with the courteous and knowledgeable staff members.
