So frustrated. I got an oreo sonic blast and while eating it on the way home I almost choked on a piece of plastic. I went back right away and asked for a manager. The speaker boxes are so hard to hear through but they seemed snappy about what I wanted. Someone came out and asked what happened and I explained and told them I just want a refund and asked him to throw the ice cream away. I waited 15 minutes and no one came back out. So I left. I had kids in the car getting upset and didn't have the time to wait.

This place has thieves working for them. I placed an online order and it was taken out of my account, I went to get it and they said I didn’t place the order. Do not waste your money here

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a sonic. Usually the service is top notch and the people are always courteous. During our order we asked a question and we were told too bad and that we should have came earlier. After the comment the associate continued to try to rush us and was very rude and disrespectful. The receipt says that Alexandra employee ID 10105 helped us and if this is how this employee treats customers then they should not be working there. Malachi delivered our order and was very respectful and understanding of the situation that they had thrown him into. He sympathized with us and apologized and we appreciate his service. As for the person who took our order should definitely do some self reflecting. We will not be back to this location for sure. (store 1865)

Why is it that for the last year only 25% of the stalls are in order. We have to pull into 5 different random ones just to find one that works. We just tried again and same thing only now half of the ones that work are cash only. Sonic is a huge corporation. Fix your copperas cove establishment please.

The staff is normally courteous but lately it seems like some have forgotten how to listen to what the customer wants or to even know what is on the menu. The toppings for each item on the menu are clearly spelled out yet it seems like a guessing game as to what we're going to get. There's even a strange guy who is determined to put ketchup on everything and to give extra ketchup packets even after being told no. The place has gotten to be weird. Manager needs to give some customer service training.

I haven't had a chzburger in a very long time. Today I received this text, "$1.99 Qtr Pound Double Chzburgers TODAY w/ code BURGER for logged in SONIC App/online users or mention @ the drive-in 12/12. Lmt 5. +Tax/addons Txt STOP to end" and decided today was the day to have a chzburger. I was concerned it would not meet my expectations. I ordered it with mayo, lettuce, and tomato; Y'ALL! It did not disappoint!!! It was PERFECT! Thank you so much!
