Medical Arts Pharmacy has me spoiled. When I have to move from this area and go to another pharmacy I'm sorely disappointed in the the new pharmacy's customer service. The staff and Jim Shave(the pharmacist/owner of Medical Arts have been so kind,friendly and considerate for around 20 years. I really feel as though they are Practically family. They have filled my prescriptions( whether by phone, Dr call in, or hand carry), given me advice on how to get my meds when I had trouble getting them. They have helped me and my family in so many ways I can't even list them all. Which meds can be taken with the others. Provide my yearly flu shots and others as they came along. They are more than a simple pharmacy. Better than any pharmacy of yesterday. They have the charm and touch of the old fashioned pharmacy, but the knowledge and advances of today. This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used and the best in the Central Texas area.I'm not sure what I would do if Jim ever retires and the shop closed. There just isn't any place else close to what they offer. Thank ya'll for your excellent service and help over the years.

I’ve been going here for one thing and one thing only. My inhaler. Never do I expect to be welcomed or talked to when I go in but it always ends up happening anyways. :) Amazing people that run the place. That’s all I have to say :)

Medical Arts is a quaint "Old Style Home Town Pharmacy," the Staff Members are Fabulous, Well Trained, Highly Knowledgeable Professionals; any questions I have are quickly answered. The Staff has always had my call-in prescriptions filled before I get there, if I have to hand carry a prescription to them, I receive it in a very timely manner. Thank you Medical Arts Pharmacy for your patience, and hard work... All of you are deeply appreciated, may you and the Pharmacy always be Blessed.

This was my first time visiting been looking for a type of vitamin I needed and Mrs. Rita was amazing helping me look for it .. she was so sweet and explain where I can find it if they didn't have it in there.... customers service was superbs!! Thank you so much!!

This is not your typical Pharmacy. The people here treat you with respect kindness and a happy hello. They know all their customers by name and they understand with empathy what you are there for. Mr. Jim and Miss Linda and crew will always help get you in and out while not being too busy to stop and strike up a conversation to see how you are doing. I love this Pharmacy a these are great people I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly, helpful, caring. I love this pharmacy and would gladly pay more to use them if I had to, but I don't. Jim is fabulous as are all of his staff. Stopping by the pharmacy is a very pleasant experience for myself and mg husband.

I love this Pharmacy, everyone is so friendly and you're not just run thru like a herd of cattle and unlike Walgreens and Wal-mart you can go there turn you're prescriptions in and within no more than 10-15 mins you are on your way, I know when I'm sick I don't want to be having to come back 6 hours later to get my meds.everyone should try them out and you will think they are the BOMB too!!
