I wish could give this review more stars. The customer service that my family and I have received from this location had been the best. And at a mattress store is even crazier. We purchased a mattress a few years ago and moved shortly after that and recently tried to claim the warranty on the mattress. We are in a location that only has mattress firm franchises, so there was no luck going to them. We reached back out to this store wince we bought it from there. And I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for this store and the people who work there. They were able to get answers about my warranty that no one else could and honor the warranty still. John and everyone else that helped me from this store, thank you very much. You have made a believer out of my family that amazing and caring customer service still exists.

My husband and I stopped in to BEGIN our search for a new mattress set. We had alot of questions. John, our salesperson patiently answered all our questions. He also had a few more questions that we hadn't thought about. Next thing we know, my husband and I had agreed that John had found us the perfect mattress match and our search was over. This isn't our first Mattress Firm purchase and I'm sure it won't be our last. Highly recommend this store.
