We usually love this place but seriously? I didn’t much care for the blouse I bought shortly before thanksgiving. I couldn’t find the receipt which shouldn’t have been an issue. Not only did I not get a refund but the associates were less than friendly about the exchange.

Staff was great but Goodwill has entered a fantasy world if they think ppl will pay as much for ordinary used items as new. Shame.
