Overall, the HEB Pharmacy is a great place. I have had several times where I was given inaccurate readiness info, but techs are very busy. The service is reliable overall.

A year ago this pharmacy was always amazing was a perfect representation of what H-E-B stands for. NOW absolutely horrible wait times are insane customer service is unprofessional and rude. While I understand they have a lot going on they could save themselves with communication and how they treat their customers. Who ever is in charge needs to do some team building and hospitality training in this pharmacy because it does not have the same morals and atmosphere that H-E-B is known for. Unacceptable.

Always a long line...whether your inside or drive thru. Nobody wants to wait 30 mins or more to get a prescription. Gotta b a better system!!!

Not a fan of the pharmacy. We stopped using it along time ago. I had to pick up a prescription for a famiy member. It took forever, staff was unfriendly and I just wanted to leave.

I called the pharmacy at 5:50pm to let them know I was on my way to pick my prescription up and that I might be there a couple of min after 5pm when they close. The lady I spoke with told me that there is no way that they could wait for me and that if I wasnt there at 5pm or before, I couldn't pick my medication up. The real issue, and why I am filing this complaint is that I showed up at the pharmacy window 2 min before 5pm and nobody was there. You should abide by the hours of operation you post online. The employees that work at this location have always been rude and customer service is non existent.

I'd give them no stars if I could! Anna Pagel is the pharmacy manager and since she began her dictatorship it's been a nightmare in every sense of the word! From getting the incorrect prescriptions delivered, double charging for delivery, to the wait for days for a prescription to be ready, to the not answering the phone, to the staff rudeness. Obviously I can go on and on. This pharmacy was wonderful before her arrival. I've moved my prescriptions as I'm done with this incompetence and lack of caring in any capacity. Anna Pagel must be fired or this pharmacy might as well not even exist!

Always waiting. Called 3 1/2 hours ago, they said it would be 1 to 1.5 hours and then tried to say another 45 minutes. I don't think they even get it ready intil you show up. This is not the first time but will be the last time I come here for my pharmacy needs. This is the norm. Wal Mart has a way better pharmacy. Oh yeah not to mention I called in the refill over 2 weeks ago, they were to call the doc to authorize a refill, it's only high blood pressure medication, easy but they never even called or texted back. I had to call them today and that's when they said 1 to 1.5 hours.

I have a prescription that I typically get filled by the hospital pharmacy on post but they were out of stock of the medicine. I called this pharmacy on Monday 09/25 and was told they had it and would call the on post pharmacy to transfer my prescription and it would be ready the following day. I called the following day (Tuesday 09/26) and they had no record of me or my prescription at the pharmacy. The girl I spoke to that day, Marta, assured me they would get it squared away and it would be filled the next day. I called today (09/27) and they had record of the pharmacy and even told me how much it would be after running it through my insurance. I get to the pharmacy a couple hours later and I’m told my prescription is “stuck in the system” and that they don’t have the medicine in stock. This medicine is needed to sustain my pregnancy and the lack of compassion and care shown is disgusting. This place seriously needs to get it together.

This is the slowest!! Pharmacy I've ever attempted to use. This location is an absolute mess. On all 3 visits, I've waited in line for 20+ minutes just to be told some of my medications were still being processed despite the app claiming there ready for pickup.

I used to really love using this pharmacy. But the last several times there has always been an issue with getting meds and been given some off the wall run around story as to why they didn't have them ready. The final straw was me calling to verify medicine would be ready today for pick up. I called this morning to confirm and let them know it had to be today as we are leaving the state and I was told it would be ready. Get there and now being told only one is available and that there was an issue with the other.

Used to be a good pharmacy but service is terrible now. It's like nobody is in any hurry. Very slow.
