Good atmosphere, friendly staff, cleanliness, it can be fast pace and crowded at times and other times it's not. The sauna is clean and nice, and locker rooms and bathrooms are clean, they use to have a pool and hot tub, but they took that away during covid.

Been here three years now but steady at it since 9-23. The place is always clean and the people are always so nice. From the community to the staff it’s a pleasant place to workout. Aside from lifting I do the spin class and the yoga class and they’re amazing too. Down 30 pounds! Couldn’t have done it without them.
