Do not move here. Poor property management and have the nerve to raise prices and nickel and dime you. Multiple water violations over the 2 plus years I’ve lived here, old fashioned payment system, false advertising of amenities, trumped up water and sewage fees. I haven’t even been in my place and my lot and water fee were higher than ever and I asked why and they started rambling off charges…come to find out there was a sewage leak that they were aware of and guess who’s made to foot their bill of irresponsibility?! Smh if i could take my house and get the hell out of here I would.
Fast forward to 2024 and my previous review still rings true! After another piping issue my bill has now jumped up $100 from only last month and my place has been unoccupied

Literally the worst mobile home park to live in. They can't keep up with Maintenance let alone tend to the grounds properly. Water goes out constantly so you'll have have days and almost half weeks without water but your bill stays the same. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Had the first hiccup with the electrical at first. Good place to live. Has a lot of things you can do out here. Customer service is on the poor side. Tell you that they would call you back but don’t 80% off the time. But other than that they are good.

Ups and downs with constantly rotating management. Shawna(?) the currently property manager has been doing great, she is social, personable, and knowledgeable.
It wasn't always so good/decent though. There were weeks where we would lose water 4-5 times throughout the week. Weeks where repairs went unanswered by previous management. Maybe it is stockholm's but right now I think it is pretty good.

I have lived here for 10 years. In the begining it was nice. Then they started changing management every few months. One manager has been back 3 times. I've been through about 12 managers and acting managers. Sean and her staff are awesome. This is an older community so it does have some issues with the old clay water pipes but, maintenance is always on top of it getting it fixed as soon as possible..I love the pool, the events at the office and the Peace and quietness of being out of town close to countryside but also close to the city for shopping purposes. Cedar Grove over all is a great place for me and my husband to live in our later years. Cheers to Sean and the team at Cedar Grove Mobile Home Community in Copperas Cove,TX.

Cedar Grove is looking great! Howbeit, the first two houses upon entering community is a poor representation and is unsightly of the Cedar Grove standards. As a senior property manager it is imperative to enhance the front entrance curve appeal to attract respectable, law abiding and affluent homeowners that can find it easy to take pride in their community.

I've lived here now 3 years.The first year was good until it wasn't. second year was hell and miserable. Now that they have a new property manager, she has definitely brighten everything.. All my concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. Minus their corporate office blocking me from our Facebook page keeping me from seeing any updates our community posts it's been nice living here. I have deleted my bad review since they have stepped up. I will update if anything changes

I've lived in Cedar Grove for almost 2 years. As of mid 2023, the new manager Shawn is amazing. She is really turning things around. The old Manager Asia was sort of rude and not honest. But the new manager is professional, honest and really cares about the community. Things are not perfect, but they are getting better everyday. Keep up the good work!

Cedar Grove is looking quite fabulous lately. The staff is wonderful. The maintenance crew is proficient at keeping the property maintained. The office personnel is professional and kind. The manager Shawn is doing a great job managing the property. Well job Cedar Grove.
