Products were great, but the man who was “helping” us was extremely rude. Came up behind us and said “oh you won’t find anything your size on this shelf.” Not knowing if we were shopping for ourselves or if we were shopping for others. It was just rude. Didn’t ask us if we needed help or anything just came and told us we wouldn’t find anything in our sizes.

We have been going to C&C sporting goods since we moved back to Cove three years ago. Today was no exception when we had an emergency and needed another jersey for my sons city league baseball team. We had a death in the family and somehow completely misplaced his jersey and he would not of been able to play his first game tonight. As always they took care of us, with a smile and a thank you. I appreciate this so much! ?❤️

In response to David Sneed. This customer did not show anyone in the store a picture of what he wanted, he clearly stated that he wanted the Transportation Logo, That's what he got, if it was wrong why did he pick it up ? he was over joyed the day he got it. I suspect he went back to work and someone told him it was the wrong logo then he conjured up this story. Also he failed to mention that he came back to the store and became aggressive, elevating his voice and even alarmed other customers in the store in which one customer told her husband to "watch out something is about to go down", he showed clear violence. If he would have been honest we were willing to fix it for free, I mean whats one shirt right? This person works in transportation, I sure pray it's not a school bus. We stand by what we do, if we clearly made the mistake we will clearly make it right.

I requested/purchased polo shirts with specific logo. I showed a picture of the logo I requested, however when I picked up the shirts they had a different logo. I requested a refund or exchange with no avail and was told they would not exchange or give a discount for the purchase of the logo I requested. Poor customer service. For future request of consumer, I recommend, so there's no miss communication that the sales representative take a picture or draw a diagram of requested requests to prevent future misunderstanding of item/s being requested.Today 17 September 2022, went purchase additional Polo shirts from C&C Sporting Good. I walked in and the owner Chong Crawford greeted me and asked how she could assist me. When I told her what I was purchasing she immediately referred back to the above comment. I told her that that was the past, and I was hoping the individual that assisted me in the past wasn't there otherwise I would have left. Instead of her letting go of the past. She continue complaining about the fore mentioned review. Note: as a business owner, if a customer is entering your establishment to purchase goods, treat them with dignity and respect. If you receive a negative review because of poor customer service, examine the business and it's employees and adjust as needed. I went back because the store does have great products, however they are not that good, that I would put up with foolishness instead of driving a few more miles to purchase similar items with better service.I pray for blessings for the business and all its endeavors.

Awesome customer service! Best place in town for embroidery and team sports attire. Ms. Chung and Mr. Mitch always go out of there way to provide the best service. They work with you on designs and give suggestion of what may look better. Thank you for always helping me quickly when I have an order!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I don't know if the particular guy I delt with was the owner or just a disgruntled employee but this is the second time I have been treated like absolute trash.The first I went in with my son to choose a baseball helmet, if I'm spending money I wanted to make sure to get exactly what he needed/wanted but the salesperson was pushy, short with my son and sassy to me for taking so long. I brushed it off as him having a bad day.Today I went in hoping to replace a jersey for my kiddos soccer team that had gotten damaged, I understand that they probably wouldn't carry every size of the exact color I needed but as soon as I asked for help I got a very snarky "zac from the parks department sent you didn't he?" He proceeded to vent about how awful the parks and rec departments were and how me coming in asking for the possibility of a shirt was a total inconvenience. I very politely explained that I was directed to his shop via the parks department and that he should probably take his issues up with them.In the end he did direct me to a shirt and then made me feel absolutely terrible for asking for the number on the back (like he actually gave a very obvious noise of displeasure) so I didn't even dare to ask for the name.This store has completely monopolized the Copperas cove team sporting goods gear so we have no choice but to continue to support such horrible customer service.
