Went here for 2 years while stationed at Fort Hood and absolutely loved it. The people are great, the vibes are good and the music is always on point. Dropped in this week due to military training for a week at Fort Hood. Coach Ben is a military veteran who owns and operates the gym. I was able to drop in with no issues, enjoy some great workout and catch up with old friends from the gym. I tried other CrossFit and regular gyms in the Fort Hood area but nothing compares to 5 Hills CrossFit!! Anytime I’m back in area, I’ll be dropping in to reunite with my 5 Hills Fam! Thank you for the hospitality and great time. See y’all next time.

Wonderful box, wonderful people! High intensity WODs are conducted by knowlegable coaches who do not make you feel left behind. If you want to work out and meet awesome people with community spirit, I highly recommend this box regardless of your skill level! :)

Ben Eseroma is an AMAZING Coach/Owner. He is so knowledgeable, attentive and focused on the athletes. I’ve been to several different gyms over the years and we all know CrossFit is about Community. From day one, the other athletes were kind, inviting and encouraging. Whatever your fitness level may be, 5 Hills CrossFit will welcome you with open arms!

It’s so hard finding a good gym. I literally look for good training and good people. The very first day I was greeted by coach Ali and invited in like family. Throughout the entire workout she guided myself and another fellow newbie with proper form and technique. She never let us feel like she wasn’t there to help. At the same time she pushed us to give our best and see what our body could do. The other gym members also cheered one another on and we got through our workout sweaty and accomplished. That’s pretty much how the rest of our week went and now we just keep going and pushing one another. I also love that there’s more military spouses and mamas here just killing it in their workouts and pushing each other to leave it all on the mat. There are members here at every level and no matter the level they help each other. No one is left behind and even the last man or woman standing is cheered on. The owner and Head coach Ben is so down to earth and the voice you need when you need to push yourself through the hardest workouts. There is no excuses and nothing you can’t do which is exactly how it feels being at this gym. Literally anyone can do CrossFit here. People who think otherwise will think differently when they’re here. Love this gym so much and I’m really glad I found it.

5 Hills is not a gym… it’s a family! I feel like I am not just getting workouts done, but growing as an athlete! From day one of showing up to the gym, I felt like a part of this family. They have the best times that work for the schedule of an Active Duty officer. I feel like I’m getting such custom training for MY fitness level, and I already see progression within a month of being here.The owner and coaches are very obviously in it for the love of the sport and people, and they continually lead by example.My best advice for anyone thinking of coming here is to go on a Saturday community workout first, then try at least a full week of classes. You will be hooked!

As a remote client - Coach B has gone above and beyond expectations. I reached out to him with very specific goals in mind and he took them and ran…he cares deeply about my success and has made himself available for help and questions. Aside from that - he backs everything up with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I feel incredibly lucky to call him “coach”

From the very first workout, the owner/ coach Ben and the staff, welcomed me like family! They provide excellent training and expert advice for everything fitness related; workouts, exercises, meals, and overall health.I especially like and appreciate how the Coaches (?Ben ?) provide the science behind the movements. Everyone at 5Hills CrossFit, from the Coaches to the athletes, foster a positive and engaging environment for getting your swole on! ??️The best box in town! 5HillsCF offers plenty of class and membership options that fit your workout needs and schedule. They even have a punch card for those athletes afraid of commitment (like me ?)Amazing place, where the community and Coaches help you on your journey to a stronger you, whatever your goals are! ?

Best CrossFit gym to improve your physical fitness and ACFT. Coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are a beginner, they will guide you on how to perform the exercises correctly. Workouts are fun and people are friendly.

I’ve done CrossFit before in the past, but I’ve never really been into it. Coming to 5 Hills has turned that around for me! It’s not just the actual workouts, but it’s the coaches, other members, and the overall atmosphere. Motivation here is high and everyone encourages each other. I’m definitely seeing results after 6 months and don’t plan to stop anytime soon! Thank you 5 Hills and Coach Ben!!!

I cannot say enough good things about 5 Hills CrossFit. The workouts are just the right amount of challenging. The community is supportive and the coaches are the best. They are knowledgeable and encouraging and seem to know exactly when you can do more (or not) and where your limits truly are.Before joining, I thought you had to be in really good shape to “do CrossFit.” What I found was that everything is scalable, and the coaches help you where you are right now. Joining 5 Hills CrossFit has done as much for my mind and mentality as it has for my physical self. I feel capable of making positive changes for my health and fitness.

From my first class I instantly felt welcomed in and apart of the community. The coaches are awesome and motivate you to reach new goals with every work out. Great group of people and great gym. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Started brand new to crossfit in Nov 2022. Truly a great place to workout. The crossfit community here is so positive and helpful a no judgment zone. The coaches are all awesome and so helpful. I been to all time sessions and each coach and each class all fantastic. As a first time person new to crossfit I am truly happy I came to this gym.

Went to Texas for holiday and signed in for a trail lesson at 5 Hills Crossfit.When I walked in, Alisha and Ben welcomed me. Right away I felt very welcome. Alisha and Ben took me to the other members and introduced me. It felt as a warm community, even I was there for only 1 week.Both trainers, Ben and Alisha, do have a lot of knowledge about the technique of Crossfit and motivating people to get the best out of their training.I loved to be in Texas and didn't want to go home, but to say goodbye to 5 Hills made it even harder.I definitely would recommend 5 Hills CrossFit because its more then Crossfit!
