“My car was awfully dirty. Hadn't been deep cleaned in 9 years. (When we bought it) the detail shack made my car look new inside. They did a great job. Everything was pretty clean. I am very happy with it. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because my seats were soaking wet when I picked it up, and it smelled like dirty carpet. I am not sure if it smells because the seats are still wet or if my car was just that gross. It was 2 days ago, and my drivers seat is still soaking through sheets and towels. I air dried it when I got home the day it was clean. And I had to do the same the next day. Hopefully, they are dry now. I do recommend the Detail Shack.I am replying to the Detail Shack. My husband brought my car in. We definitely brought it to the Detail shack in Copperas Cove. My seats were wet for three days, and the smell finally went away today.”
