If you are being stationed at Fort Cavazos do not get AT&T. Service is okay outside of the installation but it is really bad anywhere on this post. Save yourself the headache and go with another carrier. My iPhone 14 Pro last year and now my iPhone 15 Pro Max is terrible with service.

Brian was amazing and very understanding. I won’t deal with anyone else in the store but him. He made sure to go over all of our concerns and made sure we were in and out quickly so that my toddlers weren’t fussy and too crazy! A few of the other sales representatives attitudes sucked and the manager didn’t seem to know too much of what was going on honestly. The manager seemed to want to push us off onto calling in and dealing with someone over the phone vs helping in store. Overall dealing with Brian evened out. I thanked him for being patient and understanding and as helpful as he could be!

I just moved here with my husband and kids(he is military) and I had went in to get my daughter a SIM card. The lady couldn’t get me one bc it was flagged as fraud and instead of taking the time to call customer service with me she insisted I get a new phone line so my daughter could have her phone working, she is only 10 by the way. She even went as far as to give me the wrong number to call about fixing it bc I said I was just going to call and order a SIM card. I have worked for AT&T before and I know she thinks she was going to get some commission. I called and ordered my daughter’s SIM and canceled the phone line she added to my account. Maybe I canceled it fast enough she won’t get bonus off my account. I will never be back to this AT&T ever again.

Don’t go to this store if you want to buy an Apple Watch that works. And then when it’s doesn’t they want you to take it to an Apple Store over an hour away. I bought the thing in this store they should exchange but no they want to charge me for a restocking fee and then sell me another one. I’ve been a AT&T member for 15 years and the customer service is trash.

My rep was soha she was very pretty and sweet sold me on an iPhone wallet and almost a tv plan and all I came in for was a question about a SIM card haha keep up the good work ?

This store was fantastic! They are always so fast and so helpful anytime we go in. AT&T is the only service I recommend and have had luck with living out in the countryside.

This is the second time I've been completely lied to by one of their shady salespeople. No $800 credit for my trade-in. Guess the salesperson needed the extra commission and hoped I wouldn't notice I'm paying full price. I'm switching to Verizon immediately.

My father recently went in to get help transferring data from his old ATT device to his new ATT device and received a lot of attitude and little help. He was also told he would have to pay a monthly tech support fee of $14.99 to receive help with his device. Never heard of this before and never had any problems at this location either. They are usually friendly and helpful.

Just got my wife a brand new iPhone 14 pro and I got the new Apple Watch and this thing is nice! I’m so appreciative of the customer service. And a big shout out to Brian from the AT&T store in cove for the amazing help! We’re definitely happy customers of AT&T!

I went in the store hoping to get a new line. Monique was super helpful and knowledgeable in answering all our questions. It felt like we were in and out of there in no time! Happy to have gotten great customer service and a new phone!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Went in to ask about my husband's phone line and suspending it due to an upcoming deployment and literal was talked down to, interrupted, and spoken over multiple times for asking 2 basic questions. They just wanted me to leave as quick as possible it seemed like so they could get back to doing nothing. They treated me like I had 0 clue what I was talking about and why did I even bother to come in the store basically pushing the contact customer service down my throat. Wish I could give negative stars to this location just sad.

Don’t go to this store! I went in to pick up a online order and Paul assisted me. He was very rude, condescending and extremely passive aggressive. I asked him if they had a particular Apple Watch color since I wanted to upgrade, he rudely responded “ I don’t know” and just stood there.

Honestly, this is the best service I have ever received at any cellular service store! The sales person and manager took the time to make sure the entire experience was perfect. Even getting g me a discount because of my job. Best customer service!!!!!

Not an option for zero stars what out for this store they steal trade in phones I’ve been in the store multiple times over the past year the manager doesn’t remember talking to me they say they are looking into the issue and would call me and never calls they says they checked the cameras and didn’t see me in the store so watch out take pictures of the people u talk to and who takes the phone cause the little girl that took my phone even said I never traded in a phone
