Wish i could give zero stars after today's experience. I have been coming here for years no problem. Today i walked out with my eyebrows looking horrendous and an attitude from the new employee Divya. She was so rude and disrespectful.
Extremely disappointed. Quality has gone down. Find literally anywhere else to spend your money.

If you’re looking to get your eyebrows waxed, please look elsewhere. I went there with thick, even brows and left with very thin, uneven, overwaxed brows - despite asking just to clean them up.

Worst haircut I've ever had. I was very clear that I wanted long layers. We agreed to trim 2-ish inches off of the bottom. Hairdresser did not know how to cut layers, and chopped off half of my hair length, meaning 10 inches. I told them the haircut was not what I envisioned, and then they told me my hair was thinning, and that was the reason they could not cut layers. Then they told me, my hair was long, despite it barely crossing my shoulders. Do not get your hair cut here, they do not know what they are doing.

Been going here for years. Had a 1pm appointment which I was told at 1.10 the girl I had booked was busy and it would be another 30 mins. Apparently they don’t check their appointments ?. Wasn’t going with the other girls as between a friend’s face getting burnt and uneven eyebrows the last time - I’m done. But tried out another place which was a ton better and had the same prices …

I have been using this salon for years now and every time I leave the salon a happy customer. Great Team, customer service, friendly and honest people .It’s like family there. Recently got an eyebrow and haircut from a fairly new hand and Madhuri did a fantastic job at both.Very commendable. My drive from Plano to Coppell is worth every penny for the service I receive. Very happy with this place and definitely would recommend.Services: Manicure

I went for a long layers with face framing cut. Madhuri said she knows how to do a long layers haircut. I even showed her a picture of what I’m looking for. She didn’t do a good job on the long layers. The layers aren’t flowy or even. She cut the layers straight and uneven.Service: Haircut
