As I was walking up, they closed and locked the doors on me 7 min before their actual close time. Then they turned their back to me and ignored me as if I wasn’t standing there.

Was in the middle of getting prescriptions filled and they cut us off and said they were going on lunch break and to come back in about an hour. It was ironic because my fiancé and I both had the same prescriptions submitted at the same time from the same place. But yet only her prescriptions were done even though they were both express pay / pre-paid. And yet they told me this while I was sitting there at the drive through window, just handed my fiancé her medication, then they basically start locking up the windows and everything and said sorry you'll have to come back later...... I have the flu... I am sick as hell... it was already a chore just to get to a doctor and then drive across town to finally get a prescription?!?!? I DON'T understand how any customer Service facing job could be allowed to behave in such manner. My finance and I both need our medicine. This is terrible, unacceptable.

Pharmacy staff is rude. They do not care if they can refill a prescription, say do not inform you medication is not in stock, not even a text message. Then they school you about not knowing their "new procedures". Brought me to tears last time I had to get life-saving medication. I have been a customer here for over 7 years, but they continue to go from bad and worst. Go to another pharmacy in Coppell, this one is the worst, by far.

Needed a prescription five minutes before closing. Our Dr called it over electronicallly and Walgreens sped it up and got it ready immediately. Thank you! This was for pain

This Walgreens on Denton Tap in Coppell is the best pharmacy I have used and I have used a lot. the pharmacists and associates know me by name and I always get awesome customer service. I'm very happy to go here.

It's not enough that the place has crawling bugs, they have to treat the customer like one. They can't even refill your prescription nor inform you about it when they know your life depends on it. They miss medication, customer support or any decency. Staff screams at you for not "knowing" their new procedures. You would think you go inside a prison not a medical place.

This place sucks the guy named Sean sucks he has no patience and needs more customer service training. Instead of telling people that he needs the last name to look up your order he just stands there looking at you making the person customer look stupid.

The buildings falling apart, it sucks, I drive a quiet car and still have to turn it off to hear the pharmacist scream through the drawer because the mic/speaker don't work. Today had my car shut off and some Jack wagon in a loud truck pulled up and I couldn't hear anything the pharmacist said to me about the meds or how much it cost, I just shoved my card into the drawer.

The pharmacy didn't tell me or my Doctor that they were out of my medication, so I was screwed and had to go a long time without it because I was leaving town. Their communication is terrible, I probably pick up my prescription on time at-most half the time.

Avoid this location. The pharmacy is damned rude. One of their workers threw a bag at me, no manager to complain to since he takes weekends off. Avoid this location. Use CVS

Is 2.5hrs not enough to fill prescriptions? Our clinic sent in the prescriptions ahead of time so that we could collect it right away once the procedure was done. Upon arrival, the tech rudely said they’re not ready and that we had to wait a bit.. then, we only received 2 out of 5. Had to wait again to ask about the remainder and the pharm tech proceeds to tell me that they only received 2. After checking her computer she then realizes that the other 3 were skipped over and have not been typed out. She continues on that it’ll take another hour for them to be ready but since these are medication that the doctor advised my husband to start immediately after surgery… (hence, they sent over the prescriptions 2.5 hrs before), I had to call the clinic. While I’m on call with the doctor, the pharm tech rudely starts shouting trying to get my attention and when I motion to her that I’m on the phone, she rolls her eyes and walk off. After receiving the remainder 3 medication, the pharm tech just gave us the bag. No pharmacist went through with the consult. What an experience. Also, there were no other cars in the drive thru pharmacy so I wasn’t hogging up the line.

I just bought something from this walgreen, when I was checking out, a female cashier about 50 years old treated me very badly, I want to use my husband’s points to get $4 off, She asked me to enter the last five digits of my Walgreens Balance rewards card. When I entered the last five digits twice in a row, I couldn’t get it through the computer system, and she immediately asked me seriously where my real address was?She was like a judge trying a criminal, as if she thought I was using a fake home address... I asked her if I could try to use my zip code again, but she refused to let me try again, saying that her cash register was old. She was arrogant and rude and told me to wait in line again and ask the cashier next to her to settle the bill. She looked like an Asian, and her hair was gray and long bob hair. There were a lot of customers in the store who saw how she treated me! So I had to wait in line again to waiting another young girl cashier next to her, and the young cashier quickly did it for me, and I also successfully used my husband’s discount points. The young cashier was very polite and skilled in business! I was very impressed with her! I went to this Walgreens shop today just because it’s not far from where I work. However, the first cashier I met had a bad attitude. She did not know how to do her service work and was very impatient with customers. She was not suitable for working with customers, and I will never go to this store again!
