Was in the middle of getting prescriptions filled and they cut us off and said they were going on lunch break and to come back in about an hour. It was ironic because my fiancé and I both had the same prescriptions submitted at the same time from the same place. But yet only her prescriptions were done even though they were both express pay / pre-paid. And yet they told me this while I was sitting there at the drive through window, just handed my fiancé her medication, then they basically start locking up the windows and everything and said sorry you'll have to come back later...... I have the flu... I am sick as hell... it was already a chore just to get to a doctor and then drive across town to finally get a prescription?!?!? I DON'T understand how any customer Service facing job could be allowed to behave in such manner. My finance and I both need our medicine. This is terrible, unacceptable.

This Walgreens on Denton Tap in Coppell is the best pharmacy I have used and I have used a lot. the pharmacists and associates know me by name and I always get awesome customer service. I'm very happy to go here.

It's not enough that the place has crawling bugs, they have to treat the customer like one.They can't even refill your prescription nor inform you about it when they know your life depends on it. They miss medication, customer support or any decency. Staff screams at you for not "knowing" their new procedures. You would think you go inside a prison not a medical place.

This place sucks the guy named Sean sucks he has no patience and needs more customer service training. Instead of telling people that he needs the last name to look up your order he just stands there looking at you making the person customer look stupid.

The buildings falling apart, it sucks, I drive a quiet car and still have to turn it off to hear the pharmacist scream through the drawer because the mic/speaker don't work. Today had my car shut off and some Jack wagon in a loud truck pulled up and I couldn't hear anything the pharmacist said to me about the meds or how much it cost, I just shoved my card into the drawer.

Avoid this location. The pharmacy is damned rude. One of their workers threw a bag at me, no manager to complain to since he takes weekends off. Avoid this location. Use CVS

Great quality and speedy service! Went in to get a couple last minute 5x7 prints and Sean made sure to take care of me! He even gave me a few tips about white balance and contrast on photographs and how they turn out when printed. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I’ll be coming back here for any future photo print needs. Thanks Sean! :)

We went here to get some pictures scanned and printed for our wedding and we were helped by a gentleman named Sean and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He treated us with such kindness, walked us through the process, was cordial, respectful, funny, and professional. Come here if for nothing else for him.

This is my local pharmacy and I have never been happier with a pharmacy. They are punctual, keep their promise on their time quotes, and usually professional except for one person. They always pick up the phone and the wait in the drive thru is the fastest I have seen at any pharmacy. I'm so glad our new local pharmacy is this one and now I don't have to dread going to the pharmacy.

Elderly cashier is completely rude for no reason. Automatically says, " do you want to speak to a manager?" When I asked a simple question. Almost like I was a nuisance to her. Will not be returning.

Photo department needs training on customer service. Maybe the labor shortage has impacted the department. Received wring price. Promised adjustment was ignored. Reaching store manager impossible. I will go to another location next time. Don't waste your time.

Ordered photos to include with gifts to bring some cheer to an elderly aunt. I was on my way to mail them, so paid and left before realizing the quality was horrible and on numerous photos, the heads of people were cut off! Of course I'll take them back and get a refund, but now I've lot two days in getting them in the mail, plus the time spent going to the store and then back to the post office. It's hard to think this kind of sloppy work is acceptable, even if it's extra busy during the holidays. I'm very bummed and don't plan to go to Walgreen's at all any more.I'm not taking the time to post photos here, but believe me, you don't want to see pictures of my sweet old grandmother with no head. Or my teenage sis with no head. Or my husband - headless. It's really not even funny now.

Good service but wish they had a high chair for kids for passport photos, we had to return the next day with our own. And they dont provide a soft copy on a flash drive or memory card, the only way is to pay an additional $15 for a CD. Two trips and $30 for two passport photos and a CD.
