“The hotel was very nice. It was so refreshing to be in a room that actually provided a good amount of lighting, and had bulbs that were on the daylight/cool side instead of the dim/warm lights that majority of hotels have.However, where this hotel shined was with their shuttle service to DFW. Upon arrival I let the hotel know that I wanted to use the shuttle for my extremely early flight and I was able to pick my time either on the top or bottom of the hour. At 3:30am Wilmer (spelling might be incorrect) was waiting for me and made the early morning drive to the airport a wonderful experience. He was such a pleasure to talk to and got me there via a safe and comfortable ride. I normally dread the awkward shuttle rides and, after this experience, any future drivers will have a high standard to match. When I travel to Dallas in the future, I will stay at this hotel strictly because of Wilmer. This hotel has an absolute gem with this man so make sure you hold onto him!”

“First time here, and it exceeded all expectations! The service was absolutely impeccable from the host, to the bartender & entire waitstaff. They make sure someone pulls your chair out for you anytime you sit down.. I mean that’s a step above the rest by itself! The food was delicious & the atmosphere was welcoming & relaxing. 10/10 recommend!!”

“Facility is great, big gym for the FB community. It’s always clean & smells amazing! However, the staff could improve their customer service greetings, every time I come in there’s one or two members at the front desk but they barely say hi or grin at you. 2-3 out of the 6 (approx) members I’ve seen say hi & look at you in the eye, the others don’t even acknowledge you (mostly girls), the staff looks very serious & some of them even side eye you. Big shout out to the tall with glasses young man that always smiles at you when u come in, i don’t know his name but keep up the great work, you make the gym a welcoming area!When it comes to big facilities like this I understand it could be hard to keep up with every member but it can always be improved. I’ve realized that this facility is ran under young employees therefore it shouldn’t be that hard to engage with those who come in through the door since a lot of young people come here to exercise.Again, great facility to exercise but engage with those who come through the door, people come here to clear out their minds & a smile when you step inside can make a big difference!”

“We had our daughter's XV birthday party here in November 2023 and the truth is that everything was perfect! Mrs. Luisa always pays attention to every detail prior to the party. “This is a nice theatre. We've been there a couple times now. We saw Dune in the DBox and that was great. We also saw Kung Fu Panda in the IMAX theatre. The chairs are comfy and they even have seat heaters. If you get there a bit early there's also a little arcade and a Starbucks in there. They have a lot of food selections. I can never give theatres a 5 since they are always soooo expensive.”

“I’m attending Bubble Sunday with Sabering champagne lesson. It was a blast. Snack was amazing. Staffs are super friendly and educated. A tiny bit point is the event is at the cellar next door but the event address was directed to the retail shop. So a sign would be helpful for the direction.”

“Overall it was a nice place. Way too much light comes into the rooms from all the outside lights and the blackout curtains are not long enough. Also had a problem with very little hot water in the morning for a shower. The restaurant/bar was good and the outdoors space is great for hanging out.”

“We got married a few weeks ago at the Laurel and it was truly the best day of our lives! It was only the second venue we toured and we immediately knew it was where we wanted to get married. The chapel itself is gorgeous and the reception space is also stunning. From beginning to end, it was the best experience working with everyone at Boxwood. Everyone was always upbeat, encouraging, responsive, and excited to help your dream become a reality. Our wedding coordinator Kayleigh was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and made sure our wedding day was seamless. Our guests also raved about the food, which was all amazing. “Excellent place for any kind of event or party. We had 6th birthday party of my son. Everyone who attended the party enjoyed the place. It is full of activities and have something to do for all ages. Mike is very friendly and he make sure the event is successful. He is not like regular managers or owners who disappear after you pay the money. Mike stays with us like a family member for the entire event. I recommend this place for any type of event. The entire ranch will be reserved for you and you don't need to share with others. Thanks Mike for all your help during the event.”

“Still by far one of the best place ive ever work great ppl and environment i hope matt is doin well one of the best man I’ve kno as a manager he was understandable and never on a power trip knowing hes the manager great food great everything memories to cherish forever i remember when it use to be 30 degrees or less and my finger freezing off. With even rain and we had to get those cart out at 5am for our customers. Great ppl only if i could turn back time i would of never left this job. All the details from decor, to cake stand, to bartender, to servers were all addressed nicely. DJ Preet was fantastic and our family had a wonderful time with 100+ attendees. “My favorite favorite coffee shop!! Not only is the place aesthetically pleasing, the coffee is by far the best I’ve had in the DFW area. You just get picky with coffee when you’re from Seattle. My second time here the other day, macchiato was kind of disappointing. This will not stop me from revisiting. I loved my americano, lavender latte and honey + vanilla latte. I don’t know why the muffin was put in a togo box. It was kind of difficult to eat it. Please consider plating it differently. Thank you ◡̈”
