Based on all the other reviews, I am certain I’ll never see or receive my “return receipt” I paid for, over a month ago. This was with a certified mail package I sent out on July 30th.
It shows the “return receipt” in transit back to me, but has shown a tracking history to be at this Coppell Distribution Center for over 3 +weeks and no further updated tracking history. It’s now August 25th and still nothing.
No one answers the phones. Ever! This place is a complete and utter joke!

If your package goes missing, go to USPS and fill out a missing mail request. It works about 99% of the time and gets your package moving. I do this all the time. If they can't recover it, file a claim (if your package was insured). Most people don't realize they can do this. You have options and the system actually works pretty well and they've even called me from post offices when my package gets stuck at one. Don't go to this facility, it's a distribution facility. They won't help you.

Good lord, no one is lying about the terrible service here. This is my first time getting a package through this post office and here I am just like everyone else basically certain my package has been stolen and I’ll never see it. It’s a pair of AirPods I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks. Yeah of course it got stolen… no one will answer the phone. Good luck, seems like the astounding amount of people saying this place sucks are right. This really took a dump on my mood this will not end well usps, take it whoever way you see fit.

I don't normally write reviews, but I am genuinely confused as to why this distribution center operates the way that it does. I always get irritated now because my packages come thru here and I know they'll be stuff for a WHILE. It's also sad that this center is so bad that its on Reddit, Twitter, and Tiktok. Do you understand how badly operational you have to be to make it on all 3? for the same things???? If i could give it a 0 star i would in a heartbeat

All online sellers please please iam also online seller iam selling different platforms usps bring down all your efforts the reason iam driving truck they have horrible team leader and supper wiser I been moving time for shipment if you truck driver black person your package will be on time if different people. Then your store going down your selling down I check in as driver 5:am check out 11am usps used to de my package our millions package a year. Mail that should've been delivered to local post office in Oak Cliff has been sitting at the Coppell facility for 6 days. Signed up for Informed Delivery and shows 20 pieces of mail have been received but nothing has been sent to local office. Called local post office and spoke with manager and post man for my street. They haven't had any mail for my address for 6 days. Why is it taking so long to transfer mail from the Processing Facility to the local post office branch. Tried calling for information but no one ever answers the phone. Horrible service.

You will have an issue with the trainers here go to your home post office and ask to sign up for unionization and union will investigate the trainers that act like children

Like many of the other reviews, something is off at this location. Mailed my tax return from Grapevine via certified mail 3 weeks ago, but the tracking still says it's in-transit at the Coppell DC. I know that isn't the case because the check I mailed was cashed by the IRS two weeks ago.
