Avoid if possible. Slowest service ever experienced, only one person working the desk, self service kiosk broken, five other people in line with similar complaints. Go to any other usps than this location.

I visited this location this morning July 22, 2025 at the 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. hour. There was Asian woman at the counter and she was NOT very helpful in answering my question and I ended up leaving and coming back due to her being very dismissive and leaving me without a straight answer. She seemed irritated that I started at the self serve Kiosk. I had started at the Kiosk and was confused about information instead of her listening she put the wrong information on my certified letter. I had showed her the receipt from the kiosk that I had paid for certified mailing and had the stickers. She took a new green label that DID NOT match the receipt from the kiosk and attached it to my envelope. I told her that the green label was not what would match my barcode print out from the kiosk and then she takes my label and put it over the green label that she wrongly attached to my envelope. Kept saying “That’s all you have to do” and I wasn’t asking her to do that at all. I was asking if I had the correct purchase for a signature to be required on the receiver. She was rude in her behavior and trying to rush me to the side to ask other patrons to come up, she then made a mistake with sticking the wrong information on the envelope, then I had to correct her before she did the incorrect mailing. I initially wanted to know if what I paid for would include a signature. I was asking her did I do the right thing to make sure there is a signature and she told me she would not be able to know that because I paid and that she didn’t see when the purchase was made. She kept saying she didn’t know. Even when I had everything that the kiosk gave me printed. She had no customer service sensibility.

I live in Georgia and I get packages from California. WHY would you send my package to florida????? there is no excuse to send my packages to florida half the times i order. When they do this, it adds at least a week to my delivery time. Otherwise, the delivery takes 4 days. This is the last place my package is seen every time it gets sent to florida for no reason. Please do your jobs better than that. No reason to send my package down to florida when it's coming from texas to georgia, adding 7-10 days to my delivery time.

We walked in to get three passport done after our appointments got cancelled the same day at another location and Alice Tran was very helpful and patient with us. We appreciate her work and willingness to help us.

They were understaffed, as most post offices are these days, but the agents did a great job staying positive and helpful the whole time.

I don’t understand why this post office has 2/5 stars. The staff was very kind and very helpful, even though they had a very long line waiting they still greeted each person with a friendly smile and were respectful. I believe the ladies helping are naked Maria and Alice. They definitely deserve recognition for their hard work!

I been here many times and same issues wait long long time even in front only 1 person . Today I wait an hour but I not even can ship my package becoz of alot people behind me (I’m dont want they wait me long and feel as me ) . I was shipped to my Navy more than 3 year with out issue. Coppell only
