People here have always been kind and a pleasure to deal with. However, there is a person which shall remain nameless, who needs to watch how she speaks to customers before someone gets her in trouble. This employer isn’t rude or mean per se, but Will let customers know if they’ve ticket her off due to them not being ready, being confused about something, etc. I can understand that it can be irritating because it slows the line but the customer is already feeling bad as it is. They don’t need someone making them feel worse.

Absolutely disgraceful service.
This was my first time trying to mail a package, and I needed help printing a label. An African American lady and a teenage boy were working at the time. Neither of them made the slightest effort to help. They stood there watching me struggle, completely uninterested in answering my questions or offering any guidance. I was so frustrated I left without even printing my label. I will never step foot in this UPS Store again and I strongly urge anyone who expects even basic courtesy to take their business elsewhere.
If you value basic respect and customer service, go literally anywhere else.

I’ve been to this UPS a few times,to mail packages to my son,it’s on my way home from work. The employees are very professional, I’ve never had to wait very long to get my package mailed, Excellent Customer Service. Today I met the owner John Burnette and his wife Lahoma,actually I was doing some plumbing repairs for them. Couldn’t ask for better people. Thanks John & UPS

The trainee wasn’t at fault with my visit today (although it is clear there is a lack of any kind of onboarding/training process).
I went in thinking I could print my shipping label the way you can at usps or fed ex and was instead told to pay $2 to use the computer. I have previously vowed to never use the computer because I have had trouble in the past using it and it is an archaic and frustrating experience in general to use. I paid instead to have them print me a NEW label. What a waste of money. What a waste of tech. What a waste.
Also there is a scanner to print adhesive labels but it was not operational and one of the employees said it’s “only for pre packaged items” what does that even mean? I’m literally there to package and ship my item but if I do it outside of the store then I can use it?
I’ll pay what I need to pay to get something shipped quick and painlessly. And this is not the place to do it UNLESS of course you have a pre packaged item and are just dropping something off.
Go to fed ex down the street or usps which is also down the street.
