You can print, return amazon items with the Amazon barcode and they notarize one form for me for $10. They are polite and efficient.

No proper tracking system and not reliable at all. Complete irresponsible folks sitting everywhere and not able to provide accurate updates on package. The website says that the package will be delivered today but at the end of day when I call customer service they say that the driver missed to load the shipment and will be attempted again tomorrow

I have been coming to this store for years, never had any problem. But today's experience required some feedback. As my bank were closed (my usual place for notary), I came in to have 2 documents notarized. I was told ahead of time that it is $10 per document and $1 additional for each page on the document. After the young man was done notarizing, he charged me over $40. When I inquired, he said there are 4 documents. I tried to explain to him that a real estate settlement statement is 1 document with additional pages. Obviously he was not accepting my explanation. I guess this is what happens when you hire young people, do not train them properly and they think they know everything (I really doubt he knew what a settlement statement is)!

THe owner is nice but I had a fragile item that I trusted them to ship, he assured me it would be fine and it arrived destroyed. Clearly the packaging they chose was not adequate for my item. I regret trusting them with my package.

The service was really good. I ended up in the store without any preparation. The representative without being frustrated by how ill-prepared I was, explained to me all the steps I need to carry out and printed the label for me. This all was done with a very warm gesture. This will be my to-go UPS store.
