I have a few suggestions: it would be better if you clean the devices before returning them to customers. Also, the sticker that you put on the back to identify the devices is very hard to remove. Other than that the service was OK. Thank you!

I dropped off my Nintendo Switch Lite for a battery repair and later got a call about other things that they couldn’t get repaired. They offered to buy me a new Nintendo Switch Lite and helped set the save data back up on the new Switch. Would recommend for any problems with any device.
